Upon your arrival at La Tontouta International Airport you will be met by your transfer representative and greeted at the arrival door. Your representative will be holding a signboard with your name on it. After taking your luggage you will be guided to the transfer desk. A refreshment will be offered and if you wish you can enjoy the VIP lounge to relax, watch TV, check the internet or ask for any advice for your stay in New Caledonia from the service agents. The shuttle bus will be at La Tontouta International Airport 10-minutes before your arrival, and it will transfer you safely and quickly to your hotel or address in Nouméa. The duration of your transfer will be approximatively 1-hour from La Tontouta International Airport to Noumea. If you have a connection to Magenta Airport (Domestic) we recommend 4-hours between your arrival in La Tontouta Airport to your departure to Noumea Airport.

5.00Had difficulty locating condo AirBnB at 11.30pm. After talking it through with the night manager, she rang around and located a hotel for us to stay for the night. Can't recommend the service high enough. More than excellent.

5.00Small cool room to wait in with iced water available, a modern comfortable van, good safe driver . Good communication when booking from NZ too.Recommended.

4.00The staff were really friendly when checking in for the transfer. We were shown an air conditioned room to wait while the other people arrived and then we were heading to Noumea in about 10 minutes. It was a very smooth trip with an excellent driver. His gear changes were flawless.

2.00Old van with air conditioner broken, almost froze to death on the back seat. Waited over an hour at the airport, due to incident on the road. Maybe not their fault but made for very bad first impression. Overall bad experience. Pay little extra and find different way to get to Neumea. If I went back I would not have used this service.

5.00Great service! Served with a cool place to wait and refreshments after arriving to the airport. There was a bit of a mix up on their side and they helped us immensely. We missed our boat and they organised us another one. Very grateful!! (I need to learn french if I came back)

4.00I recommend this company as they were very helpful and even arrived at my hotel to take me back to the airport at 12.15 instead of the time they gave me being 2.30 (bit of a surprise but fortunately I was ready) the only down side was the 2nd driver didn’t speak english
