Although a mistake by the company, I booked a transfer from my hotel to the airport. I confirmed via the app the pick up time. On the scheduled day, the transfer wasn’t there. I called them via the hotel landline. A driver arrived 35 later. I made it in time for my flight but the anxiety of starting off my morning in such a manner was totally unnecessary

We arrived early in the morning at the airport and our transfer was already waiting. We were led by Daniel who, very sympathetically, was making a brief introduction to the city of Bucharest and led us to the hotel. We still had the right to a bottle of water for the way.
