1.00When I booked transportation with Viator, I was under the impression it was roundtrip. It was definitely not worth the money this time. We have used Viator the last year or so, and trips booked with ya’ll in September. Not sure this is a good option now.

2.00For the price you pay they were late arriving to airport only to be put on a tiny bus for 8 people. Had to sit on the luggage. Very unprofessional

5.00Our driver was waiting as soon as I retrieved my bags. My friend’s flight was a little delayed and he was very kind about waiting. Got us to our resort safely & gave us info about the island on the way.

2.00Made arrangements for round trip airport shuttle in Grand Cayman. Trip to hotel was fine. For return trip I received no advance notice as to when pickup would be, so I finally had to call to get info. When driver arrived, it was in a "Caytour" commercial bus, and we were informed he needed to pick up other passengers at another location. It was my understanding at the time of the booking that the shuttle would be private. Therefore, I apparently paid for others to be on the bus along with us. Plus, after asking a regular cab driver what the taxi fare would be to the airport, I discovered I ended up paying nearly triple the cost going through Viator, what a mistake! I await your response and explanation prior to posting my displeasure on Trip Advisor. Lou Rascoe
