Book your Airport Transfer with us, and we will welcome you at Bonaire's International Airport to ensure your arrival is smooth!
After a long day of travel, let our drivers handle your luggage safely and get you to your accommodation.
Your driver will have a welcome package for you with local information, a Bonaire map, and a list of activities you can do on the island.
Our drivers are local, and they love to share their knowledge about the island with our guests. Ask your driver any questions you may have about Bonaire; he will be happy to answer!
We were hoping you could make the most of your stay in Bonaire. In addition to airport transport, we'd be happy to assist you with booking tours & excursions, car rentals, or any other information you might need to make your stay on the island perfect!
If you want to book one of our tours, you will receive a 10% discount. Let us know what tours you would like to have.

Before your transfer:
As soon you walk out of the arrival hall you will see your guide standing with a sign with your first or last name on it.
This is a small group of up to 7 people per vehicle. You will be in a shared van, car, or pick-up depending on the number of guests.
Our prices include a 6% government tax.
Our goal is for you to leave the Island happier than when you arrived.
We want you to feel at home and comfortable on our island and recommend you bring the following for this tour:
1. Sun Protection: Sunscreen, Sunglasses
2. Dress comfortably for warm, sunny, and humid weather
3. Camera (of course!)

When booking with us for a transfer from the airport, please let us know your flight number, and then we will track your flight and be on time for the pick-up. We will pick you up and drop you at any hotel on the island. When booking the transfer to the airport, let us know your departure time for us to drop you off on time. We will wait for you at the airport; you can recognize us by the logo on our minivan. We will also be waiting for you with your name written on paper. At the hotel, we will stay with you at the reception.

1.00The one star is for our pick up at the airport. Our guide was very knowledgeable about the island and got us to our hotel in a timely manner. I tipped him extra for his good company. That’s about as good as my experience with this company gets. For our return to the airport, shekinah tours was awful at communication. I reached out the morning before our flight to find out when pick up would be after providing our flight info which was to depart at 2pm. They did not respond after reading the messages, so hours later I reached out again. They responded they were in a meeting and would get back to me (which of course they did not) so I reached out again around now 4pm. They let me know pick up would be 11:25 am. The next day I woke up to a message at 7:30 am from our driver letting us know he would not be there until between 11:30 and 11:45am because he had a cave tour before hand that ended at 11:30am. I expressed my concerns as this was one first time in Bonaire, and we weren’t sure what to expect in regards to going through security and customs, and how long that would take. Rule of thumb is to get to airport 3 hours early for international flights so we were going off that, but comfortable with 2 as we did not have bags to check. For a 2pm flight, we start boarding at 1:20pm so getting to the airport around 12pm noon was about as late as we were comfortable with as again, we did not know what to expect. WELL 11:45am came around and our driver was nowhere to be found. I messaged him and called twice and got no response, so we decided to call a taxi because the lack of communication left us no choice. Then he ends up showing up at the exact same time as our taxi, around 12pm. Having already called the taxi and not wanting to waste her time after making the rush effort to get to us, we decided to give her our business as shekinah was late and did not answer my calls or messages. It was extremely unprofessional to not communicate with us that he was running late. We wouldn’t have been so concerned if he was picking us up for a cave tour or any other tour, but we were trying to catch a flight home and were already pushing the limit of time. He should have given us notice that he would not be able to arrive at the scheduled time so we could have decided what to do without waiting until the last minute. To make matters worse, we booked through viator which is a joke of a business, do not use them, and they informed us the tour guide refused to give us a partial refund. This resulted in several back and fourth emails where j eventually had to threaten them with a chargeback and poor view before they agreed to give me a partial refund (which I am still waiting for by the way). I would highly suggest getting a taxi for airport transfers. It will most likely be cheaper and the drivers rely on the business so they will not be late.
