After you've booked your Roundtrip Transfer with us, your reservation is made in our system and a driver will be notified to pick you up and transport you to your hotel or accommodation. On the day of your arrival he will be on the airport beforehand awaiting your airline to land. After you clear customs and immigration and collect your luggage exit the white sliding door to get on the outside and take your immediate right. Look out for the grey booth/desk labeled "SLASPA" at the bottom of the booth. Give the your name or QR Code and they will call your driver from the car park area. He will then come over, meet and greet you and assist you with your luggage. Your journey then begins after your luggage and everyone is on board. Your driver will point out key communities and places of interest during your drive to your hotel and should you desire, make a brief stop and take a quick photo. Be sure to utilize his wealth of knowledge to answer any lingering questions you may have about the island. After arriving at your hotel, he will then assist you once again with your luggage, ensure nothing is left behind and then make his departure.

5.00We used golden ticket for our Airport Transfers both ways. They had very nice cars, professional drivers, and showed up right on time. We even arranged a hike of the Tet Paul trail on the way back to the airport, and they worked with us to be able to do that. Recommend.

5.00Smooth and comfortable transfers even on winding roads. Our driver Whitney showed up on time for the rides and was really friendly, and we have pleasant conversations. He made a few stops on the way for photo ops. We highly recommend their services.

5.00I will always book with this wonderful company! Upon arriving to the airport, our driver Whitney picked us up and was the most friendly and caring driver we have had! We was so informative about the history of St. Lucia. Whitney’s car was spacious, comfortable, and he even had snacks and water for us! We liked him so much that we booked him again for transportation to Ladera AND on a 2 hour trip to the other side of the island to another resort. We stopped along the way and took pictures in great spots and grabbed delicious chocolates. He is truly the best! We would have totally booked with Whitney for our transportation back to the airport, but we had already booked with another company before we got to the island and we were unable to cancel it (we tried!!). Book with Whitney if he is available! We will always ask for him on our future trips back to this beautiful country!

5.00Golden Ticket was awesome and seamless. We traveled with a group of 6 of us but me and my husband needed to leave a day early. I emailed them for rates to the airport and they got back to me immediately. The day of our transfer, our flight was delayed. Emailed them for a new time and it was done with ease. Everything was prompt and easy. Highly recommend!

5.00We used Golden Ticket for transfers to and from the airport. Unfortunately I don't remember the names of either of the drivers but both were wonderful. I booked the standard sedan transfer, but both cars were quite luxurious and well maintained. We felt the price was a great value considering the length of the drive, level of service, and type of vehicle.

5.00We had the fast pass through the airport and transfers round trip. Swanson was an excellent driver. He was also personable and knowledgable. Everything was smooth and picked up on time. Stopped off at a lookout for photos. Was an easy drive through the mountains up to the resort. Took about an hour and 20 minutes. Really recommend this company. Booking was easy and communication was great. Would definitely use them again.

5.00We had the pleasure of having Whitney drive us for our Airport Transfer! He took us too and from the resort and even with winding roads his car was so smooth. We had cold drinks and snacks ready for us in his car. We learned about his beautiful island and he even stopped at different locations to tell us about the area and take our pictures. First class service.

5.00Booking was seamless, and the service was top-notch. Swanson arrived promptly in a lovely SUV after I checked in at the kiosk. On departure, Whitney arrived right on schedule. I appreciated the excellent communication and the warm hospitality from both drivers. I'd definitely book again if I return.
