1.00I received an email from Viator inquiring the number of luggages we will have weh we arrived at Zurich. I replied back with 4 large, 2 medium and 6 cabin size. The booking was for 6 passenger. When we arrived, the driver was very pleasant and accommodating but the vehicle was too small. We had luggages on our laps and had an uncomfortable ride to our hotel. Viator did not send the luggage information to the shuttle company. Very disappointing.

5.00Nice place and wonderful place to walk around, especially at the Zurich Old Town. Visited a few old church, some should be more than few hundred years but still maintained very well.
