We used this service in St Maarten for airport pickup to hotel, hotel pick up to our Villa and Villa pick up to airport. The initial online booking process was simple. Our driver Juliana was so great that we requested her for our other pick ups. I sent a message via WhatsApp for our other pickups and I received immediate responses and confirmation of pickups. Our driver was on time for every pick up. She was very friendly and sociable, which is why we requested her after the initial pickup. Our entire experience was great.

Alpha Transportation was great! We were able to chat with management when our flight information changed and they ensured a smooth transition to/from the hotel. Vehicles were well maintained and the drivers were friendly!

The lack of communication advising where and who to connect with for my ride to the resort was deplorable. I have know idea of if I connected to the correct driver since he didn’t have any information on me. I have know idea who I riding with on my way back to the airport since I do not have that information either. I will NEVER book this company again for airport transport.
