Reserved through Trip Advisore. Emailed twice to confirm and never got an answer. Cancelled because I wasn't willing to take the chance upon arrival.

Everything went well except that I didn’t understand why the lady who was our driver wanted us to wait about 15 minutes for other passengers when we had private transportation paid enough for a few kilometers

Great service by this company. I have called in the morning of the pickup because out flight has been changed to completely different time. The car came to pick us up at a new time. We appreciate their promt service.

Booked the car and good comms once I had paid my fare to the airport . 30 mins prior to pick up I called to confirm only to be told “ oh yeah we were just about to call you, the driver can’t make it he has had an accident “ no other drivers assigned ? They sounded so relaxed about it it must happen all the time. I doubt I will get my money back and I just made my flight

Someone I know recommended Alpha Transportation. I contacted Juliana via Whatsapp and she responded right away. The communication was very clear and accurate. Juliana is the person that picked us up from the airport, took us to the supermarket and dropped us off at our villa for the five days. Not only did she provide transportation, Juliana also recommended restaurants to have our anniversary dinner and my husband's birthday celebration. We used this transportation company the whole time we were there. Whenever we need Juliana, she was right there on time. Juliana was kind, personable and polite. We really enjoyed our experience with her. I will definitely recommend her company for anyone else visiting St. Maarten. PS, her vans always smelled good, which is very important to my sensitive nose. :-)

The van was in excellent condition and super clean. Air conditioner worked great, and our driver was super nice. Nothing but good things to say and I’d recommend this company.
