Savie was amazing 👏. She was so informative, knowledgeable and a pleasure to just chat with. The tour itself was good timing. Could use an extra hour but over all it was just so fun. Very much a must do for a great introduction to Fairbanks

I joined this tour to learn more about Indigenous people of Alaska. The tour guide was a young, indigenous, college student, which was certainly authentic. We saw two museums, plus the oil pipeline. The museums were interesting, but they were both fairly small, and we did not have much time at either one. The guide talked a lot about her own family, but not so much about the wider experiences of Indigenous people.
Rachel make this trip such an outstanding experience!

This is an awesome half day tour if you want to know more about the history and traditions of Alaska. It was also really cool to visit Santa Claus House on Christmas eve. Our tour guide, Savvy, was also great, she is so kind and her passion for Alaska is infectious! She did a great job explaining everything about Alaska.

I went on a tour with my daughter and our tour guide was Savvy. She was really knowledgeable during the museum tours. She was nice and very cheerful. We went to 2 museums and the Santa shop in the North Pole. She was definitely patient with waiting for all of us and brightened up the mood. She answered my questions and made the tour very interesting. I usually get bored during museum tours, but she made it interesting to learn about.

Shannon was great and I really loved the trip with her! It was great getting to hear about Alaskan from a natives perspective and learn more about Native American heritage. We really appreciated hearing about the dry cabins as well as other fascinating facts about Fairbanks! 🤗❄️

I had this activity today, November 26, 2025, and I can tell you that it’s worth the time spent on learning about Alaska history and the events that have shaped such a great state. Kathy, our tour guide went above and beyond explaining the Museum of the North exhibits and artifacts. In addition, she answered all my inquiries about the Alyeska Pipeline and then some. The only thing of the tour that I found not that interesting was the Santa Claus House. It was just a commercial place, and the time spent there could have been used for another attraction.
