Alcatraz Island tours are very popular and frequently sell out, so guests are encouraged to reserve tickets in advance.
Alcatraz Landing includes the Ticketbooth and waiting and boarding areas, all of which are accessible. Accessible bathrooms are found at Pier 33 Alcatraz Landing and on all Alcatraz City Cruises vessels.
Please note: there are no wheelchairs available for loan either at Pier 33 Alcatraz Landing or on Alcatraz Island.

5.00Amazing experience from start to finish! The staff were friendly and professional, and the views of San Francisco Bay were incredible. The audio tour at Alcatraz was very interesting and well done. Everything was smooth, on time, and memorable.
