  We are very satisfied with the guide who accompanied us. The tour could have been a little shorter in time. Three hours of walking was pretty exhausting.

  Our guide was amazing. Her name escapes me, but she grew up in Cordoba and has a dog. Very knowledgeable and kind.

  We visited the Alhambra as part of our 60th birthday celebrations as this was a place we'd always wanted to see. Imagine our disappointment when we were not only turned away from the mosque after queuing for over 45 minutes,but also realised that the tickets that we'd booked through this company didn't allow access to the Palace. Why would you go to the Alhambra and not want to see the most important attractions. My wife paid €178 for 2 tickets, which we thought, at that price, we'd have access to all areas. On arrival at the office, we noticed on the tickets that these were priced at €46 each. So we were either charged for 4, or we were ripped off for a surplus of €86. If anyone is going to reply to this, please firstly explain why when we've filled out the complaints form on your website, why we've had no reply? Is this because you're still wading through the numerous amounts of complaints that are now apparent after reading the reviews on here? Also, would you please share your Twitter/X account name so that we can make contact, as this is almost impossible by email or phone.

  Hana was very organized and guided very well. She has lot of knowledge and easy to follow throughout the tour. Strongly recommend her. She was very good.

  Jesus has been our guide and has been fabulous. It has made us a very pleasant and fun tour and has a great knowledge of the Alhambra, its history and its curiosities. This is the fourth time I have visited the monument and, thanks to Jesus, I have been able to add new knowledge. It has been four hours of guided tour very well taken. Tour very well organized and highly recommended.

  Excellent tour, Jesus super friendly and with a very close treatment. I would repeat bringing more acquaintances. The professionalism, experience and knowledge of Jesus is rating. And countryman of my grandmother Carmen de Guadix. :)
