  Don’t go when it’s raining nothing is in place to help you enjoy the experience you just get soaked and made to stand out in the rain there is limited refreshment areas and they ran out of snacks. They are not flexible about adjusting time tables - it was an appalling Expensive Experience

  It’s basically free to wonder round the gardens and Generallife, it’s €12 to enter with access to the palace, yet Viator charged me the pleasure for £61, absolute disgrace

  We arrived at Al Hambra and were told that those were not our tickets and we need to go back to downtown area and get the tickets and then bring them back to actual ticket office for verification and by that time we would have missed our booked time, what a terrible experience

  It was very difficult for us to find the right place to exchange our “voucher” for the ticket. Even in the Alhambra itself with the audio guide no orientation. Difficult to orientate...

  The Alcazaba, Generalife Gardens, and Charles V Palace was good but we did not have access to the main palace. You would have thought that when you purchase tickets for a tour of Alhambra it would include access to the main palace?? Also the audio guide content was very limited (1min of info per location). I would not recommend this tour.
