Very poor experience. You have to collect your tickets in the town not at the Alhambra palace. Your ticket doesn’t include the main palace - the decorative one, which is the one everyone wants to see. The code for the audio tour didn’t work. I tried to contact them whilst at the Alhambra palace but they didn’t respond. I felt conned!

Big trouble to collect at an agency in PAPER ticket containing a QR Code, sending by email would be much more convenient. Agency not reachable by phone and audio guide on phone which requires network and battery.

The visit to Alhambra was great but found out that the price of the tickets through TripAdvisor was double the price in Granada.

The Alhambra is beautiful it was an amazing experience to visit. Just make sure that you buy the ticket for the palace, too and check the opening hours of the museum - these we could not see. Sadly the online audio guide is very disappointing, after a bit of listening we decided to go without and read about it later because it is so superficial.

Little historical background. Had to reload program several times because it aborted. Far too few facts at the various stations .

Because the Ticket office associated with the ticket was in the town, not near the entrance of the Alhambra, we lost an hour going back to get the ticket, plus it was a tiring walk down and up steep paths. There was no inducation on our ticket that the office was not at the Alhambra. You shoukd make that clearer. Also, it seems wrong that the tket you sold was so much more expensive than the official tickets especoally as the audio guide was underwhelming. Still, as this was our only way to get tickets, we are glad it was possible.

Beautiful place But the audioguide often fails due to lack of network Considering the price paid it is more than regrettable! It is better to visit alone or with a real guide!
