We offer several upgrades to enhance your visit. The 9/11 Museum is a must. You can upgrade for a VIP guided tour or a self-guided visit with your skip-the-line ticket. You’re welcome to stay as long as you like in the museum after the tour. You can also add on a visit to Freedom Tower for the 360-degree views of NYC from the spectacular One World Observatory.

Tour operates rain or shine. A large portion of this tour is outdoors, so please dress appropriately and be prepared for the weather. The tour may be rescheduled in the event of poor conditions; in the rare case of downpours or unreasonable weather, the tour will be canceled and you will be offered a refund. However, the One World Observatory and 9/11 Museum tickets cannot be rescheduled since they are date/time specific

We offer two upgrades for the 9/11 Museum. You can either tour the exhibits with a guide or get a skip-the-line ticket to visit on your own. If you choose the ticket option, be sure to arrive during your timed entry window as the museum reserves the right to deny admission if you miss this. With both options, you can stay as long as you like after entering. There’s a security checkpoint, and all large bags must be checked.

Freedom Tower policy: Tickets are only available for a specific date and time and cannot be used at any other time. The date will be the same date as the selected tour date. Typically, the entry time for the 10:30am tour is 2pm; the 1pm tour typically has an entry time of 4:30pm. The actual entry time may vary based on availability. In the case of no availability, you will be notified by the local tour operator to select another date, another tour, or a refund

Our tour with Sean from All-Access 9/11 was the highlight of our trip to NYC. His knowledge of the events of 9/11 and the memorial was incredible. What made the tour truly special was Sean's personal connection to that day. He shared with us his own story of witnessing the towers fall while riding his bike, and his compassion was palpable. It was a very moving and emotional experience, and Sean handled it with so much grace and respect. We can't recommend this tour, and especially Sean, enough. It was an unforgettable experience that we will carry with us always. Thank you, Sean, for sharing your story and your heart with us.

Met Meghan what a fabulous knowledgeable lady she is , captured every detail with perfection and some of the detail got you so engrossed that it became extremely emotional especially when you see it in your guidelines telling the precious memories of what happened in detail on 9/11 ...... She was very conscious of how cold it was as at the time the city was going through some extreme weather so was mindful of all the group. She was on time , very chatty friendly made everyone feel welcome and interested in where we were all from around the world. Hand warmers were provided for tour which was I thought a lovely touch!!!! If you see this trip grab it with both hands you will not be disappointed, please leave a lot of time for this trip as our experience was more than we ever expected and you can take as much time as you want remembering 9/11 ...... emotional ... We also added on The World Trade Centre Observatory which was also breathtaking 360 degree views across New York City! ! Again you can spend as much time in there, lovely coffee shops and a restaurant for a bite to eat and a souvenir shop to purchase if you chose too.... If you choose this trip you will not regret it !!!!! Well done Meghan you are awesome at your job

A moving and inspiring tour of Ground Zero

There are many of us who can recall watching the events of 9/11 unfold on TV back in 2001, but visiting the 9/11 memorial on Sunday brought a deeper understanding of the events and the impact on the city of New York, and on the many people who lost their lives or loved ones in the 9/11 attacks. It was moving and respectful. Our guide on the tour was Tim Douglas, who did an excellent job of bringing those events to life and provided a clear understanding of what unfolded on the day; which then complemented the more detailed exhibits in the 9/11 museum. Tim’s job was made more difficult with the freezing weather (we were there during a February cold snap, -12C - feels like -22C - that’s 10F to -8F), as about 45 minutes were outside. Tim exudes knowledge about the events and is a natural story-teller; backed up with dog-eared newspaper clippings that add to the authenticity of his dialogue. We were a group of six (3 x couples), hailing from Orange County, Ireland (that’s us) and Belgium. Tim was able to adjust to the international audience, and remained clear throughout, especially for the Belgians, where English was not their first language. Tim was warm in his delivery, despite the dreadful impact of the events of 9/11, was personable throughout, and offered facts rather than opinion to aid in our understanding. Tim’s excellent presentation was devoid of any political commentary. We would fully recommend a trip to the 9/11 memorial and utilising ExperienceFirst as your tour provider - and Tim Douglas is an expert guide for the tour. We opted for the VIP experience - the tour with Tim outside (just over an hour); followed by a guided tour of the 9/11 museum (again, excellent); followed by a trip to the OneWorld viewing platform. We arrived at the Oculus for 10.30am, for an 11.00am tour, we entered the 9/11 museum at 12.30 for a 1.00pm tour, and left the museum for the OneWorld observatory (which was also stunning) at 4.30pm, in time for sunset at 5.10pm. We left the observatory (after a drink and appetizers) at 6.30pm. This was a moving, inspiring and fulfilling day, and we would fully recommend.
