Great trip around the island. The van ride was good very informative. Didn’t know island was governed by the French and the Dutch.

It is one of the best tours in the Caribbean that we have gone on. The owner explained the history, culture and economy in detail. We loved it. I highly recommend this versus big bus tours. Saw a lot of beauty.

The best tour and best tour guide ever. Frank was amazing He went above and beyond to explain the history of St Martin/St Maarten [French/Dutch side]; he brought beverages to keep us hydrated, all the stops were incredible. Gracias Frank!

Patrick was informative and provided a good narrative. Unfortunately the van was disgustingly dirty and smelled like dog. The passenger side door was broken and it was difficult to get in and out of the back seat.

Of all of our tours, this one was the absolute best. Our tour guide, Dameon, was a fantastic host and driver. This island will be one for the memory books. When we return, we will book the company again and hopefully the same driver.

The problems started with the pickup point, Viator shows it as on the pier, it’s actually out on the main road. I was sent a WhatsApp to help me find it, but once off the ship I had no WiFi. I had to run back the the ship to get online as no bars nor info centre had WiFi. Not a great start.. The Tour duration was accurate, but the commentary was mainly banal ( on the left is a hotel, on the right is the fire station ). Couple of nice stops at a fort and a beach, but mainly telling us about places we whizzed through. The final sting was getting to the Dutch Airport excited to experience a large plane land or take off, but NOTHING… Apparently a plane landed early and we had to get back so could not wait for the next one. I was hugely disappointed. If I came again, I would get a taxi to and from the airport checking flight arrival times ). Finally we were offered 1 drink in 6 hours, a nice local beer.

Darian was fantastic. It was a hot day but he kept providing water, beer, and rum punch to cool everyone off. He also provided great insights on the history of the area. This was an awesome way to get to know the island with a great expert like Darian

It was “okay”. I just felt we were taken to local vendors hoping we would spend our money there but wasn’t what we wanted.

HORRIBLE COMPANY. USE A DIFFERENT PROVIDER TO SEE THE ISLAND. Very hard to find the bus. Also, had to wait 90 minutes for late arrivals.

This tour was very enjoyable because it was private and the tour guide was very knowledgeable in showing us St. Maarten.
