Nice tour of the island, both sides. A lot of up and down curvy driving on “under construction” roads. Our tour guy seemed to be a luxury shuttle driver from the yachts and airport more than a tour director. Was a nice enough fellow but did not have the interesting facts other tour operators have. I asked to stop in a Dutch store and that did not happen but he did let me shop for a few minutes in town. We paid for a personal tour and it was more like a drive around.

The tour was great! It was organized, well thought out, and offered plenty of time to see highlights, while getting us back to our cruise ship with time to spare. Our guide Darean, was very informative and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed the sights of St Marten.

We had 4 adults and were fortunate that the other 2 folks assigned to our group didnt show since it would have been too crowded in the car. Our guide was very nice and helped cater to our limited mobility. We didnt really get to stop anywhere for the shopping time, but that's probably due to traffic, etc. He recommended a fabulous place for lunch, right next to Maho beach and it was awesome! Wish we'd taken the option for more time at Orient beach, very perfect spot! Very informative and good tour though!!!

This tour was fantastic, the vehicle superb and the operator friendly, very knowledgeable and easily understood. I highly recommend this tour. BUT The port-of-call for this excursion was five days into our cruise. Viator did not email a map of where the pick up point was until three days before the excursion. Because we refused to spend $28 a day for on-board wifi we never got instructions on where to meet our tour operator. Fortunately we finally found him but Viator should send the instructions at least a week before the trip.
