Taboga Island is the best option to go to the beach from Panama City. Take advantage of the super pleasant navigation of a maxi catamaran, lying on the nets or sitting protected from the sun, with a musical atmosphere and a cool drink. Enjoy the sea and the beach of Taboga Island. Visit a typical Panamanian fishing village. You just have to bring your towel and personal effects, everything else is included!

Getting to the meeting point from the city centre takes between 15 and 30 minutes without any traffic jams depending on where you are leaving. Weekdays count between 40 and 50 minutes depending on where you leave. Tell the driver to go through Coastal Ribbon 3.

Isla Taboga
The island of Taboga is located about twenty kilometers off the coast of Panama City in the Pacific Ocean. The activity starts at 8:45am (check-in 30 minutes before). We sail to the back of Taboga Island and on the way you can see the Bridge of the Americas, the Amador Causeway and Panama Bay. Greetings in an unspoilt bay around 10:45am. Guests take advantage of the sea and the sun to bathe and relax until lunchtime. Musical atmosphere and open bar all day. At 11:45am we started sailing to the main beach and the town of Taboga.
Isla Taboga
We greet the main beach and the town of Taboga at around 12:15pm. We serve lunch in the catamaran with table service in tableware (no plastic). After lunch around 1pm, guests have the option to go down to the island to visit the village and take advantage of the beach or continue enjoying the catamaran. At 3:15pm we picked up customers who went down to the island and started sailing back to Panama City. Musical atmosphere and open bar all day. Disembark at 5pm.

5.00We had such a great day at sea with the crew of the Manga. Everything went so smoothly, from arrival to departure, to activities. The crew was personable and fun, and they brought every one up on the dance floor! It was amazing!

5.00Great experience. Eric, Rico, Allison Matthew and Miguel all did a fantastic job keeping things entertaining. There was a good variety of music, the drinks were decent quality and we were entertained the entire time from Panama City to Taboga. Didn’t even realize how long the ride was. The first stop at the back of the island was nice and secluded and we all decided to take advantage and jump in the open bay (water was a little chilly but tolerable). For the non swimmers they have noodles and life vests and there wasn't much current at all. The island was nice and there were 2 sides to the beach, one was calm and the other had more waves so it was a good balance. Drinks and food are cheap on the island. Overall great experience, personable & experienced crew with good vibes & drinks and an ok lunch.

4.00This was a great choice. The crew was excellent, the food and drinks were wonderful. The beach was fun even though it rained part of the time. It would however be advisable for them to upgrade to a wider plank for embarking and disembarking the catamaran. The one they currently use is way too skinny and consequently very dangerous.

3.00The boat was nice, and the island was an interesting experience. Snacks consisted of very low quality generic orea style cookies and some chips. Like instead of double stuffed these oreos were half stuffed. Lol The beer was fine. They had vodka, rum, orange juice, pineapple juice and fruit punch, cola, and ginger ale. All were good. Lime juice would have been a nice addition. The employees serving were nice but didn't know how to make any drinks. The lunch was good. Chicken and rice.

5.00Great experience, very friendly and cool crew on board, good food and more drinks if you want. The catamaran has plenty of space, has toilet, bar&snack available, crew speaks English to them who can’t speak or understand Spanish and had enough beach time at the island. Thanks

4.00We had a great day! The crew was fun and engaging, the lunch was delicious, and the boat was clean and well kept. The beach on the island was clean with soft sand. I, and some of my companions, did have some kind of reaction after the swim. I had a stinging sensation all over my legs and developed a fine rash that lasted a couple of hours. If I could make one recommendation it would be that the tender make more trips to pick up from the island back to the boat.

5.00The excursion is excellent. Our group had a great time. It’s a bit slow at first as it’s early in the morning but you head straight for an ocean swim that breaks the ice. The lunch was pretty good for an all inclusive excursion and they keep the drinks flowing. The crew danced and interacted with the guests as well.

5.00great catamaran experience - food galore and drinks galore (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) you can get off the boat to experience the island if you want to. Yo also stop for a pretty long swim stop which is lovely. All in all a good day.
