Everything was planed strategically to both my wants and needs for this whole trip to Egypt. The Egyptologists on his team were very knowledgeable, and were extremely on time with each tour to ensure that we were able to see everything we had requested, and then some. Thank you Maro. I now very much look forward to bringing my Wife to visit Egypt. You and your team made this experience so nice. 5.00We had organised a four day trip of all Cairo sights and one day at Alexandria. Our tour started with a very pleasant person waiting for us at the airport inspite of 4 hour delay of our flight. He completed our immigration formalities and ushered five of us into a beautiful and spacious car of 9-10 capacity. The entire itinerary was was very carefully crafted to give us sufficient time at each place and not rush. Because of delay of our flight, and some confusion with our sweet but inexperienced guide, we missed GEM. However, the tour operator immediately redrew our itinerary and showed us GEM next day at double cost to him. He also changed the guide with a highly educated and very professional Egyptologist called Sara who was very engaging and became our family friend. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our trip and found the tour company people very polite and professional. We will rate them five star.

5.00We initially contacted Egypt Planners by email about a Desert Tour and they sent us a nice pdf with the details. After that we connected via WhatsApp and added several more things like a Nile Cruise and a couple of nights in hotels and some transfers. They were very quick with responses and did the planning for us exactly the way we wanted it. We would use them again because they are professional, friendly, and a pleasure to work with.

5.00It is a very nice tour, Shamima was my tour guide and driver was Ahmed and she is such a sweet , attentive and nice person , always made sure that I was safe. Explains to me about the history and culture.This tour definitely very good if you have a long layover in Cairo or one of day trip.

5.00Wow, this was the best tour I have had! Sara our guide was absolutely wonderful, so kind, knowledgeable and a great photographer! She took all the stress out of a tour and made us relax and enjoy it. She took the best photos of us and shared them with us afterwards, so it is a great deal. Ahmed our driver is excellent, and so lovely and kind. I highly recommend Egypt Planners for a guided tour of the pyramids, museum and market!

5.00We flew to Cairo and a taxi was organised for us. We were able to use the taxi as storage for the day. Our tour guide Sara was incredible. Very knowledgeable around the area and also about Egypt and ancient history. I was able to ask her any question about Egypt and she always had answers. It’s incredible, you think you know how to take pictures but the tour guide always knows the best spots and also takes the best pictures! I can’t thank her enough for this great experience. In terms of booking. I contacted through WhatsApp after being recommended. The service is excellent, fast and responsive. Clear communication, I’m very happy with the package overall and would definitely recommend.
