  A very cool experience. Top organized and everything went smoothly! We had a great day, cool people, good music and a great atmosphere! Right at the beginning dolphins accompanied us, after that you could swim or snorkel or even parasail. Then enjoy the waterfalls and the island. Everything from monkeys and super beautiful beaches was there. The food and drinks also fit. I highly recommend it!

  Rain was not on the program. Did not see monkeys did not see the waterfall properly but could see the efforts with the boat crew. Food was amazing. Afternooon had beers which was great. Weather was still bad but overall management took good care and driver was overall okay, waited for us punctualy.

  Our driver took us swiftly from Tamassa hotel to our boat trip at trou deau douce and we arrived on time . The boat trip was really good and it was very warm , the crew kept giving drinks etc . Our driver was waiting for us when the boat trip finished and took us back to the hotel . All in a great trip

  Good communications Good food, Good weather. All was good. Nothing to do on the island but very beautiful place. Catamaran has good crew and was offered special rum . Met some good Mauritians who tought me a lot about Mauritiius

  We thought we should have a nice day on the water, instead we came to a floating disco, with music so loud that it was impossible to talk together, we got off after 1 hour, so if you expect a relaxed walk, in a quiet environment, you should not choose this tour, unbelievably loud music from 9:00 in the morning

  Great service Loved the food. If I could change one thing would be my holidays. The Ile aux cerf is over crowded and I recommend doing your homework before going. Great location and good food. Staff was okay(had to see them dealing with a lot of pressure) but they are professionals and kept us entertained

  The tour operator was polite and helpful overall and the cab driver was excellent, so I have given a 2* rating. If I considered the core activity only then this would have been 1* rating. Problems: 1) Catamaran tour was cancelled one day before and I was offered speed boat tour, which I accepted as there as no other option and we did not want to lose 1 day since we have been planning this for weeks and even a refund would not solve our problem, since we have also paid for hotel, food etc., for this date, so the day would have been wasted; 2) The boat operator was rude and we felt we were treated in a discriminatory manner and left us stranded on an island since they changed the speed boat again randomly and they only left us stranded and we were he only Indian family in the trip, and the manner in which it was done felt discriminatory (shared details with the tour operator who initially tried to brush this off as "this is how plans can change in an island", but when I explained in detail how I felt, they helped solve the problem by arranging another boat pickup just for us, nonetheless, this was a bitter and unexpected experience and no one should be treated the way we felt we were treated); 3) Food offered in lunch was okay and servers were rude, we had to ask them for every small thing, they were plain reluctant to help/serve. Good thing the weather was great and the location was beautiful, and the driver was also excellent in his behaviour and service, which helped lift our spirits at the end of the day.

  OK OK experience...too crowded. The boat staff is great. The catamaran isn't really luxury..and lot of guests seemed like family friends and not really paid customers.., hence it felt like almost outsiders inspite, of paying full price. Food and the facilities were strictly average, vegetarians were completely ignored, and I wouldn't really recommend highly..The experience in other countries was far better.. The pickup and drop to hotel was good. In total, very passable experience.

  Cruises in Mauritius are a great concept and one should do them as many times as possible. This cruise to Ile aux cerfs and GRSE waterfall organized by Beguided Tours was an excellent experience for us and we will remember it for a long time. "Personal touch" from the point of doing a booking (a month in advance) to the point of dropping us back to the hotel after the cruise was full of personal touch, agility of response, warmth and care. We fully appreciate Hans, his entire staff and his taxi driver Sona. The arrangement consisted of pickup and drop from the hotel as well. The taxi was available in a timely manner and he ensured that we could reach the cruise ahead of time. Cruise staff briefed us well about the plan and about the safety. The staff was quite caring and jovial. Drinks (alcoholic as well as non alcoholic) were flowing freely throughout and the staff ensured that our glasses remain full at all times! The cruise stopped in between for a snorkel in the sea. Snorkel equipment were provided to those who had not brought their own kits. Proper safety instructions were given. We thoroughly enjoyed the snorkel with lots of variety of fishes. Water was very very clean. Cruise then went to GRSE falls and it was yet another amazing experience as the ship was taken very close to the waterfall. Lunch was served on board which was quite yummy. We both are vegetarians and yet they ensured that we get proper food. People also danced to the tune of music being played. There was a stop at Ile aux cerfs which is a very nice Island and one can do lots of water activities there like under sea walk, parasailing etc. it's good for swimming as well. We also enjoyed taking a long walk by the side of the sea and within the jungle. On the way back we also enjoyed an under sea walk. I highly recommend this cruise and Beguided Tours as the operators. We will love to do it again.
