  It was so much fun!!!! The animators show love for the ocean and habitats. They are very educated and welcoming. Isla mujere was STUNNING!!!! We had a fiesta on the way back!! My teens enjoyed it as well

  TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE ! ! TOURIST TRAPPED 😡🤬🤬 Don’t lose a whole day of your vacation doing this. Snorkeling was nothing like the promised 🙃 There was not enough equipment for all of We spent most of the time swimming against the current . The private beach club is a place on the WORST side of the island…. Full of seaweed. Water was murky and the pool was dirty . Food was mediocre ! Besides, they never took us to the third point on the island for shopping or walking around . Also BE AWARE their golf cart tour is much more expensive than the average one .

  The itinerary was not exact and the sequence of activities was changed upon starting of the tour. Too early to start at the beach club at 11:45 for lunch and stay too long, not much to do there because the beach was small. There were too little time for snorkeling, about 30 minutes. The Catamaran was quite crowded. The crew was nice and the drinks were great.

  This trip was advertised as handicap accessible and this is why I chose this excursion. There is no way this could be handicap accessible! My mother that has some strength and balance issues struggled to get safely on/off the catamaran. She almost fell getting off the boat. The crew was great!!! Very friendly and accommodating. I tipped them well.

  The entire experience was amazing, our Tour guy Lalo was awesome. He really took care of his group and made sure we were safe at all times and really keep up with the group regarding the departures tmes and such throughout the entire experience.   The boat ride is great and the crew is very attentive. The lunch was mediocre. Stops at beaches were beautiful. The golf cart ride around the island is not worth it. Overall a great day trip from cancun.

  i have used Viator many time before and this is the first time i have had an issue with them , to cut a long story short the trip i ended up having was not as advertised and although we still manged to have a good time we did not get what we paid for , this review is really about Viator's customer service and response to my complaint , i wasn't even asking for a full refund but just wanted them to acknowledge the issue, they contacted the tour company and of course they wont do anything so Viator just wash their hands with it, I my opinion they should take ownership and resolve the issues with the customer and then they can work things out with the tour operator , makes me think whats the point of using a third party company like them when probably easier to go direct

  Very disappointed in a wasted day. Do yourself a favor and book with a completely different company from the beginning our tour was very unorganized. Was told to be at resort lobby at 8:20 van didn’t get there until 8:47, with zero communication of delays…..then the driver opens the doors to the van……let me tell you there were no seats left they packed us in a tiny van like sardines, even expected someone to sit up front on the center console by the driver. Fast forward to check in for the excursion, we were to leave at 10am to start the adventure…actual time we left 11:20. When starting they said no snorkeling today cause the water was rough, 1hr later while still sailing out they asked if anyone wanted to, out of 22 people only 2 people did, which if you ask me majority rules and would of been a pointless stop and more wasted time. We keep boating for another 20min and begin to just coast I get up to go to the bathroom we stopped for an employee to jump off and go snorkeling literally nobody else…an employee wasted our time! We begin to sail again and get to the beach club to eat, terrible food, it’s basically prison quality and served to you just like that. We had one hour to eat cause how far behind of time we were. We get back on and are asked if we’d like a golf cart when going to downtown we said yes and paid $80, we arrive to downtown and it’s a mad house we get to the golf cart area and there is a waiting line to rent at this point my spouse and I are furious about again more wasted time we should of had three hours on the island we had a total of an 1hr and ten minutes which is absolutely pathetic and absurd. I say forget it and tell them give our money back, they said we will give it back to you on the boat. We get back on the boat get our money back and begin to sail back. Sail back took about 2hrs so when this is telling you 45min to get to Isla Mugerez that’s a joke, three hours to sail there. The captain of the boat was not paying attention he was on his phone majority of the time and steering the boat with his feet while texting and dancing. Needless to say I HIGHLY do not recommend this catamaran to book, go with a totally different company. Very false information on this booking company, says snacks provided there was absolutely none. Crappy watered down drinks. Just all around a very unorganized unpleasant experience and complete waste of vacation time!

  Yacht was good and fun. Guide crew is also good. The drinks they serve were cheap and the restaurant we had lunch was pretty bad and smelly. Cart ride was fun too but they charged $75 per cart. The photo guy on the boat was trying to scam a lot of money for pictures he has taken.
