  This experience was so worth it. Amazing communication and customer service from beginning to end. Our guide, Gio, was fun and engaging. The rest of the crew treated us extremely well. I feel like we did a lot of different activities but still had time to relax, purchase souvenirs, and vibe. They really kept the drinks going too. Overall, I would recommend this experience again.

  My 13 year old son and I absolutely loved the experience. Snorkeling equipment was provided, while Snorkeling, we saw turtle, stingray and were swimming amongst beautiful fish, they were so close, we could almost touch them!!! We stopped for a swim further away where the water was only 3-4m deep. The luch was very nice and drinks were coming our way constantly. The crew was very friendly and welcoming. I cant wait to go back to Mexico again and go on this trip again !!!!

  The boat was overcrowded, there was no cover from the sun up top. People were getting over heated, so much so that the catamaran stopped so people could jump in the water to cool off. Some of us were scammed out of $80.00 by being told that if we got a golf cart we would get around the Island with Eduardos guidance and see all of the major sights. That was a lie, we rode threw a not interesting cemetery and then to someone on the side of the road selling $6.00 coconut juice. Then off to the Iguana cliff side. A total scam the boat was something like Polamos, I can't remember the name. I wish I would have taken a picture of the boat, so you don't get scammed like we did.

  4.5 stars! Jonathon was our host and he was great!! The staff was attentive and fun. It’s a full day so bring good energy for a full 8 hours. The scuba experience was a bit rushed and I wish there was a bit of a demo / explanation before they had us jump in. Lunch had great food but the facility was a little dirty / run down. The second stop on Isla was fun and the water was BEAUTIFUL. Ride back was long after a long day, but the staff made it fun and the sunset was beautiful! We were not served pina coladas like the description said though, so that was a bit disappointing.

  With our experience they overloaded the boat. It was 103° and they forced people to sit out on the front of the boat without shade. There wasn't enough space in the below area or shaded area to accommodate all the people. One member of our party experienced severe dehydration and heat exhaustion to the point she had to seek medical treatment. When the extreme heat issue was brought to the staff, they responded with well you're on a boat. There's nothing they could do. They said these things until she started to throw up and they realized that it was serious. We were able to get her medical attention, but one of the boat members, Eduardo, had my niece record a message saying that it wasn't their fault, which was ludicrous. Had I been there when he asked her to do that to absolve themselves from what happened, it never would have happened. They were 100% at fault. I've been on catamaran cruises on every vacation that I have taken in the Caribbean. I've never had been on one that overloaded the boat like that. I understand everyone is trying to make money, but at the expense of your guests is extremely wrong.
