When you arrive at the Marina, go to the dock ticket office to check-in, provide your reservation details, the host will guide you to the waiting room and even get on your boat. Once you arrive at your boat, step on board for safety instructions and get ready for an unforgettable experience. Our hosts will serve you delicious drinks from the open bar throughout the tour. 5.00Travelled to Cancun for the first time with my friends and decided to book an excursion that would take up most of the day. The activities and itinerary that were advertised seems super fun and interesting so we decided to go for it and we had a blast! I could talk about this all day but overall the itinerary is pretty transparent and you can take it at face value. The weather was on our side and the water was beautiful and warm making the boat ride the most enjoyable part of the trip. The drinks were flowing and the food was pretty good as well. Isla Mujeres is so gorgeous and I would honestly stay there over the Hotel Zone in Cancun. We purchased the optional golf cart tour to the south point of the island and it was great to drive through the area and experience some of the bluest water you’ll ever see. Lastly, the staff and the service they provide is so amazing and they definitely deserved all of the tips they received, Overall, the whole excursion was incredibly fun, the sights were beautiful, the activities were engaging, and the vibes were present! For some constructive criticism; I would say that the communication prior to the booking was lacking, I had plenty of questions but did not receive any answers for them even though they were very communicative about the included transportation. The “coral reef” wasn’t actually a coral reef it was more like beds of sea grass and some fish here and there but that might be due to location/season. Lastly, I wish there was more time for each location/activity since everything was so much fun! TLDR: Full itinerary, awesome views, great service, amazing vibes! Some feedback, but didn’t affect the overall experience too much.

1.00We had the worst experience ever! Please don’t book. Our boat malfunctioned and we did not get to snorkel or swim in corral reef! A big disappointment and I need a refund! Cheap and water down liquor.

5.00The boat ride to the island was amazing, from the views to the drinks! Our crew with Eduardo as the lead on Paloma were great and we spent time on the island driving around by golf cart which was fun. Snorkeling could have been longer but all in all it was a great day!
