This is a great experience of a lush green and unique semi-tropical ecosystem found in only 2% of the planet, the cloud forest. Located close to the capital city of Quito, yet very different, an amazing drive with a stop on the way to observe and feed humming birds, and see tmany colorful birds before getting to Mindo cloud forest, to then venture out and start the different activities as the Cable car ride, a nice hike to the river waterfalls, visit the butterflies farm to learn and observe the wonderful life cycle of butterflies as the blue morph, enjoy a great local Lunch (eat at an Ecuadorian restaurant), and last, the chocolate or coffee tour and tasting, among other options as zip lining or tubing.

5.00Two days, one night in Mindo. Amanda is the guide you want. Knowledgeable, ready to answer any question. Kind and predictable. It's a very well organized tour. We learned and saw so much about local customs, food, birds... A wonderful experience for every recommendation. One of the most beautiful trips in life. Amanda brought in a bird expert, to help us, explain and answer questions. Greetings also to brother Pablo who drove us to the airport after a few days. Thank you for everything.
