The experience with the guide was very bad. He told us not to buy souvenirs inside the attractions because he would take us there later and for cheaper. He never took us to buy souvenirs.

Be careful. Dont go to the bathroom. The bus driver wont wait for you. She will call you and bitch at you for being late. And leave you at the park.

It was fun and you get wet! But worth it I would recommend this to all families to see both the American and the Canadian sides. Jimmy, our guide was funny and very knowledgeable.

Mr Jimmy was extremely knowledgeable and was very personable. Our tour was amazing and the convenience of both pick up and drop off at our hotel made it even more enjoyable. I would have liked to know beforehand that the tour guides do not actually go through the attractions WITH you (it was more of a guided walk through where they drop you at the attraction and then the guide waits for you at the end of each to escort you to the next. It was still a great tour.
