Your friendly tour guide will meet you at your hotel in Beijing in the morning. You will firstly visit Tiananmen Square, the largest public square of this kind in the world. The visit here allows you to have a glimpse at the outside of Memorial Hall of Chairman Mao, the Monument to the People's Heroes, the magnificent Great Hall of the People, the National Museum of China, the ancient Zhengyang Gate and Arrow Tower as well as the Tiananmen Tower which leads to the well-known Forbidden City.

Forbidden City-The Palace Museum

Then move on to the Imperial Palace, also known as the "Forbidden City", the largest and best-preserved ancient imperial palaces group with 500 years history. The palace was built between 1406 and 1420, but was burnt down, rebuilt, sacked and renovated countless times, so most of the architecture you can see today dates from the 1700's and onwards.

What a day! Traveling in Beijing was sheer excitement from the get go! From pick up to drop off, Maggie kept us on schedule and we were able to fit in all the sights! She even brought us for the best meal we had in China during our 10 day trip! Highly recommend!

I travelled with my parents who are close to 80 years old so I had to book a private tour. I was very pleased with the driver M. Sun and Maggie who were very accommodating. Maggie took good care of my parents requirements and special conditions. Both parents parents managed to get on the Great Wall thanks to the assistance, that’s quite an achievement given some steep areas and climbing on the wall. Overall, very satisfied with Maggie and M.Sun, keep it up

Maggie was an exceptional tour guide and had an immense amount of knowledge at every place we went to. If you’re visiting in Beijing for the first time I highly recommend doing this tour. It’ll allow you and your family to see as much as possible in a short amount of time. The bonus has been able to have a guide that navigates you through all of the lines at each location which can be quite overwhelming
