This is a perfect tour for travelers who have limited time or want to explore more on their own. Start at 8 am(morning option) or 2pm(afternoon option) from your hotel lobby. We will provide private English speaking guide and a driver. Do this half-day tour according to your own pace. You may have lunch or dinner afterwards at your own cost. Return back to the hotel or somewhere downtown afterwards. If you want to watch cultural show or any train/airport drop off transfer, please consult our guide directly on the tour day and you will get competitive agent price.

The Museum of Qin Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses
Avoid crowded tour buses and slow-moving tour groups with a handy private driver to take you to the famous Terracotta Warriors. Meet your local guide at 8am(or at a specific time according to your time schedule) and drive directly to Terracotta Warriors. You are expecting 7000 life size terracotta warriors all in the real battle formation, which were buried underground over 2200 years (recommended visiting time: 2.5 hours with lots of flat walking). The Museum visit includes three original pits, Pit 1 as the main force, Pit 2 as the Flexible Troupe and Pit 3 as Command center. There is also an exhibition hall for different exhibitions from time to time. This is definitely a treasure house to study the history of the first dynasty of China, the Qin Dynasty. After the visit, have a local lunch at your own cost or watch an optional cultural show or drop you off at your hotel.

5.00Our guide was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, explaining the history of the Terracotta Army in a simple yet captivating way. She made the experience both educational and enjoyable. The driver was excellent as well—very safe and pleasant to ride with. Overall, this was a highly recommendable tour, and I would gladly do it again!

Everything was agreed in advance and well planned (never felt time pressure), we set the pace stopping or moving when and where we needed to. Valuable and entertaining insights on both the historical site and general curiosities that came up along the way. Kindness and professional attitude at top level. Really really recommended

5.00My all inclusive day-trip was fantastic and greatly exceeded my expectations! Wendy is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Wendy was able to answer all my questions. Plenty of time to see all the pits, learn all the history and walk around the complex. I highly recommend Wendy and cannot thank her enough for such an incredible day. Looking forward to going back later this year.

5.00We are a family of 5 and Wendy was our guide at the Terracotta Warriors Museum. We liaise via whasapp and arranged for pick up at 8.30am at our hotel. Wendy was extremely knowledgeable and explained the history, significance, and discoveries of the Terracotta Army in a way that was easy to understand and very engaging. Her storytelling brought the site to life and helped us appreciate the craftsmanship, historical importance of the warriors and the emperor. She spoke clear, fluent English and was very patient in answering questions, making sure everyone in the group could follow along. The tour was well-paced and well-organized, allowing us enough time to explore and take photos without feeling rushed. After the tour, she took us to a Muslim halal restaurant for lunch and then to a nearby mosque for prayer, which we truly appreciated. Later, we chose to watch the Camel Legend show, and she arranged all the tickets for us, making the whole day completely stress-free. We shared and exchange many wonderful stories and we are truly glad that we had her as our guide. Our driver also deserves special mention for driving safely and professionally throughout the day, which made our journey comfortable and worry-free. This guided tour greatly enhanced our visit, and I highly recommend her to anyone visiting the Terracotta Warriors Museum, especially Muslim travelers looking for a considerate, well-organized experience.

She also recommended a fantastic local restaurant with authentic regional cuisine, which we really enjoyed. The entire experience was smooth, well organized, and thoroughly enjoyable. 5.00Wendy was amazing, very knowledgeable, and adapted well to this history geek who also loves birds, trees and plants. She had very in depth knowledge of the warriors, the builders’ stamps, and details to look for at NatGeo level! If you’re looking for beyond the glossy photos and really dig into the history behind the makings and discovery of these pits, Wendy should be your guide. She also knew the way to uncrowded ladies rooms, was the source of toilet papers and napkins, and got us moving without rushing us. We had an absolutely amazingly half day with her! Wendy even took us to a restaurant that served the local favorite of long, wide pulled noodles! Can’t go wrong with Wendy if you need a guide for Xi’an!
