  We did this swimming with pigs excursion on a recent carnival cruise. We left the port of Nassau and went to pearl island/sun cay for the day. Our excursion included free time on the beach, lunch and swimming with the pigs. The beach and swimming area was perfect as was the weather. After spending a couple hours just enjoying the sun and water it was time to hop on board the little boat and travel to the other side to meet the pigs. The guys explained everything prior to letting the pigs out. We had cups of cut up apples that they ate off of long skewers and we even got hold and interact with the piglets. • Beautiful day but prices aren't what they seem.

  OK, this is kind of a hard review to write. There are pros and cons so I'll start with the pros. PROS: The water is gorgeous. The pigs are fun and there are plenty of them. It's easy to get great pics with them. There are huge mamas and little babies. We saw a sea turtle and the beach guys threw cantaloupe in the water to keep the turtle around for a while. There's a water pillow thing to jump on/off that my kids loved. You can find shade or sun. CONS: I booked this tour through my credit card reward points. A guy from the company called me, texted me, tried to FaceTime me constantly trying to get me to cancel through the company I booked through and book directly with them because he was "only making $300" the way I booked. I tried to explain nicely several times that I'd booked with points, but he just kept at it. I finally told him that I didn't feel comfortable and that I was going to cancel because I felt sure he was going to try to get more money out of us the day of. He assured me that was not the case, and stopped, messaging me. It was, in fact the case. At the end of our time he started hitting me up for more money. "Beach access" and chair rental. It's a random public seeming beach. No bathrooms or buildings of any kind. It's says lunch and drinks are included but they are not. We were charged. I ended up having to give him another $50 and that was a "discount" because of our misunderstanding. The single girl with us was charged an additional $90 for her day. And then he's asking for tips. Don't try to get anything away from a pig- one bit me. Nothing major but it did bleed a little. Also it's not easy to find where you're supposed to meet and it was a LONG walk and when we finally found the guy, he had us running to get on a boat. We flew through the ocean, no life jackets. My kids loved it, I would have enjoyed it more if they had been wearing life jackets. I would not book through this company again.

  

  

  

  

  

• Private exceptional family outing

  Jackson was the absolute best host! Extremely accommodating to my whole family going above and beyond to make everyone comfortable and have a great time. Very knowledgeable on the area pointing out all the interests on the way to the island. Made it there in 15 minutes and spent time feeding the pigs. My 1 year old couldn’t get enough! After the feeding he took us on a short walk to hand out on a beach on the other side of the island where it was just our family the whole time! He had music, food and drinks for us the whole time. Everyone had such a great time I would absolutely book this private exclusive tour especially when traveling with a large group. It was such a memorable part of the trip. Highly highly recommend Jackson and his captain. Great guys with great spirits!

  They did not show up for the excursion. They kept changing the time and wasted my whole day. Ended up leaving the island without a tour.

  Joseph was a fantastic tour guide. Underwater statues were very cool to see. All of staff was super friendly.

  We had a great time on this tour. Although it was extremely hot our driver made the experience worth it. He was nice and informative.

  This is a perfect island tour, this 1 he tour is ideal and the best choice for me and my family thus far. My family and I was able to view the island and the most historical area of Nassau in 1 hr. My favorite stop was at the chocolate factory and at the cigar factory. Jackson was a great host to us and we would love to come back next year on our family vacation!
