  My husband being handicaped the parking couldn't be worse. The barbaque was a lot to be desired. No butter for rolls, ketchup for french fries. Will never recommend you. Can not believe you call that a muffet.

  Omg the food was nasty the show was nice we didn’t get good seats and people was holding seats for other people when we arrive saying they was taking and waiting on their friends to come that was running late. So the sight seeing was boring couldn’t see anything really

  It was more than I expected. I am a person who suffers from motion sickness so I was a little worried. This was perfect for me. Slow steady river ride. It was beautiful and comfortable. The tour guide was great very informative and funny. The island is beautiful and the entertainment was great. I truly enjoyed the entire experience and would totally say book it!!! I’m so glad out trip planner suggested this. Thank you Dana Kent!

  Great cruise with excellent communicator for cruise down new River. The food was good, especially the chicken and potato’s. The luau show was so fun and interactive. It was a good deal for a cruise down and back, dinner and a show.

  Wow…where do I start? My experience was very mixed. If I rated the boat crew alone, it would honestly be a -5. The actual boat ride to the island was about a 3, and the wait staff and dinner service on the island easily earned a 5. My honest recommendation: save the $80 and take the Water Taxi instead. You’ll see the same sights along the waterway, and you can hop off at Las Olas Boulevard and enjoy dinner at one of the many excellent restaurants there. The problems started with boarding. When purchasing tickets, the instructions say to arrive one hour early. A follow-up email then recommends arriving 1.5 hours early if you want a good seat. We followed those instructions and arrived early, but when we attempted to board, a blonde female crew member couldn’t find our reservation on the manifest. I had the confirmation email with a QR code showing our reservation on my phone, but there was apparently no way for the crew to scan it. She kept scrolling through a large spreadsheet on her phone and still couldn’t find our booking. I was asked to step out of line and go back to the ticket office to resolve the issue. Ironically, during that time she eventually located our reservation. When I returned, she apologized, but another male crew member suggested that I should apologize to her for showing my ticket on my phone. The whole interaction felt unnecessarily confrontational and gave off a strong “crew culture” vibe where passengers were made to feel like they were the problem. Unfortunately, the same male crew member later served as the MC during the cruise, and that part of the trip was disappointing as well. The commentary focused almost entirely on pointing out the homes of millionaires, mixed with a series of weak jokes. It felt immature and unpolished. I had expected at least some interesting information about the history, ecology, or development of the Intracoastal Waterway, but none of that was provided. The experience improved significantly once we reached the island. The staff there were friendly, attentive, and welcoming, and the meal was excellent. The show was enjoyable as well, and that part of the evening was well done. Overall, while the island experience itself was very good, the difficult boarding process and unprofessional cruise commentary took away from the evening. Unfortunately, since this was the final night of what had been an otherwise wonderful week-long vacation, it ended on a disappointing note.

  We loved it . It was beautiful . Staff were very friendly . Food was amazing and fast . Beautiful homes in water and island .
