  Alton towers was shut due to snow and I haven’t received a refund for the tickets I paid for- please do so.

• We got sold tickets for a park that was closed!!!

  Well we just spent £300 on a holiday that didn't happen!! BEWARE THESE TICKETS ARE NOT FOR THE WHOLE PARK! In no place did it say that the adult section of the park will not be open on this day. We checked the website and Viator and the tickets themselves making sure they were real. Once we reached the gates we were notified that on this day only the kid's sections will be open. And we were two adults. So you can imagine how awkward it was for us, just two adults and all the other people's kids around us. In this day and age.. that was just wrong. We spent so much time and money booking this weekend, trains, a hotel, Ubers.. just to finally now be able to experience the park. At the gates, we were told this happens all the time, so please beware of buying these tickets.

  Everything was super,the staff were brilliant, .I started by not knowing where to start but after talking to.tje staff ...I was more than ok

  Great place to go and had a good choice of rides but the Que was just long and did take two hours so. The day was spent queuing, but it not bad day

  Kids had a great time. I will definitely use this app again. It was really easy to use. I would recommend this to anyone.
