The Amalfi Coast can be complicated and time-consuming to visit on your own. Taking a shared minivan or minibus is the simplest and most affordable way to enjoy the sights. This eight/nine-hour trip begins in Sorrento and heads south for the breathtaking drive (lightly narrated by your driver-or narrated by your guide), and an hour or two in each of the three main towns - Positano, Amalfi and Ravello - before returning to Sorrento.

Positano, the most picturesque town of the Amalfi Coast resembles a waterfall cascading down to the sea. Visitors descend narrow pathways, perusing artisan workshops offering ceramics, fabled lemon products, and the distinct local style of dress.

5.00Our guide Mary and the bus driver were great. Mary shared so many interesting facts about the Amalfi Coast. Time was limited in each city, but to be expected due to only being an 8 hour tour. I highly recommend this tour to get a taste for each city, you won't be disappointed. If you want to spend more time in each city you can take a public bus or higher a private driver.

5.00The best trip for us! We really liked that we had our own time to explore each town instead of following a tour guide the whole way. It suited us perfectly. Our driver gave helpful explanations along the route and was very friendly throughout the trip. The only minor downside was having to wait for a few people who didn’t return to the meeting point on time, but that’s definitely not the tour’s fault. Overall, we highly recommend this tour!

5.00Micheline was an excellent guide. She was very knowledgeable about the history and the uniqueness of the area. Additionally, her connections with the locals helped us feel welcome in the different places we visited. Her “Tell them you are with Micheline” instruction made us tourists feel more at ease. Nicola too was very professional and a good driver. His excellent driving skills were evident as he navigated through the narrow roads. Micheline and Nicola are an excellent team!
