  Errica was our bus tour guide and was amazing, full of information. The trip to Pompei was a great day out from start to finish. Serento was a treat too, beautiful scenery all day.

  Guide Viviana and Driver Antoni were very kind and Efficient and Professional. Viviana led group so well, Nobody was late, Guided us to good viewpoint and Excellent view point and restaurant.

• Be aware! Its a Scam! They dont go to Amalfi Coast as they promote!

  First of all I have to say that Patricia was great! Always funny, very helpful and informative. I wish she didn’t call the “Sorrento Coast” as th “Amalfi Coast”! They are not taking us to Amalfi Coast and when we drive thorough Sorrento from Pompei she said “this is Amalfi Coast”! My geography is not perfect and I am bot Italian but I think to call it as Amalfi Coast; Amalfi should be on the coast! I wonder if they go to bar after a long tour and having drink with their colloquies and laugh about it: “Stupid tourist believed its the Amalfi Cost”. I would do it! Its funny! Not funny part is how come Viator allows this! This is a scam! If you look the photos provider City Wonders share for the tour you can see photos belong to Amalfi where you can see from “Amalfi Coast” but if you check guests photos, there is no! People prefer Viator because local travel agencies sometimes can do this type of scam. But I see Viator is also useless and they allow this! And how come there are many 5 stars reviews for this tour! I guess no one notice this! In the inscription it is clear that we will pass from Amalfi Coast and we didn’t! At least the one they say is not the Amalfi Coast! Amalfi is on the other side of the peninsula! I was so disappointed when I noticed this because I want to see Amalfi even panaromic view from the bus! I thought we will drive after Pompei by the Amalfi Coast. When she said this is Amalfi coast I thought she made a honest mistake. But after Sorento when we return our bus I realized that she was serious about it! How funny! And the guide in Pompei was also not good. He was not very motivated. I felt like we were burden for him. Sorry! I was so excited to be there but with the attitude of the guide I lost it quickly. He was informative though. Took us many places but not the most popular ones! He said “we need a week to visit Pompei”. I agree we had a limited time but he could take us most important ones such as brothel, house of the faun, villa of the misteries… he said we can’t visit brothel because we had under age guests! Really?! If its the case then split the group accordingly! This is Pompei! I didn’t come here to see theater or palaestra or talk about the stones or water system. People coming to see those beautiful frescoes, paintings… Well it was my mistake. I should book the train ticket and visit Pompei by myself. Sorrento was nice but you can find trains from Naples to Sorrento and visit by yourself. It was horrible experience and ruined my day! And I guess it’s timers delete Viator because even here they scam you! Be aware! Don’t book this tour!

• Not the right tour for a Pompeii visit

  I wish I had read this in a review before I booked: "If you have been waiting your whole life to visit Pompeii, this is NOT the tour for you." Our tour guide Antonino was really great- knowledgeable and very organized and entertaining, and I would recommend him highly. However, I would not choose a tour like this again. After a stop at a Limoncello factory, and a stop in Sorrento to walk around and grab lunch, what time remained for our tour in Pompeii was 1.5 hours. Though with the time it took to hand out head sets and stop the tour for a group bathroom break, our tour was probably less than 1:20 minutes. We saw very little. Pompeii is an incredible site, worthy of 4-5 hour visit. If Pompeii is your goal, find a different tour. That said, the tour guide and bus driver were top notch. No complaints there.

  Well prepare for a long day but manageable for short time to do a lot. Pompeii visit was too short but understand this is a lot to cover in the time. Would do Pompeii the right way.

  Great overview of Pompeii, while enjoying the beauty of the Amalfi Coast! Ion was a great tour guide, as was our Pompeii guide. Very knowledgeable, fun & friendly. Wonderful with our kiddos, too!

  Viviana was an excellent tour guide. She was so sweet and helpful. She explained everything to us so we were not confused. We had a wonderful time in sorrento and we even stopped off to do a lemon cello tasting on the way there. I do wish we had a little more time to explore in Sorrento. But we were able to have a good meal and stop at a few stores on the way back to meet the bus. The tour was very prompt and on time and everyone in our group arrived back at the meeting points so we were never delayed. Pompeii was a new place to see, there is so much history we only got so see the main portion but the guide was had there was very knowledgeable about Pompeii and even pointed out a few funny things during the tour that we all got a good laugh! The buses are really nice and comfortable. My only recommendation would be to allow families to sit together on the tour bus. I was not able to sit with my family because being the last ones to board, all of the single travelers on the tour refused to move so i could sit with my husband and boys which was a bummer since i couldn’t talk with them on the ride up there. We did another tour and while in line to get on the bus the guide asked how many we were and he would seat families and friends together and it was a much better experience for us.

  Just back from the most unforgettable trip to Pompeii, Sorrento, and the Amalfi Coast 🇮🇹✨ Pompeii was absolutely incredible – walking through history and seeing such well-preserved ruins was both humbling and fascinating. You can truly feel the stories in every corner. Sorrento stole my heart with its charm, beautiful streets, and relaxed vibe. The views over the sea, the lemon trees, and the food… just perfect 🍋 And the Amalfi Coast? Simply breathtaking. Every turn felt like a postcard – dramatic cliffs, turquoise water, and the most picturesque villages. It’s one of those places that feels almost unreal. A very special thank you to Klire, who truly made this experience exceptional. From the organisation to the warmth, care, and attention to every detail – everything was seamless and stress-free. You made us feel so looked after and helped turn a beautiful trip into something truly unforgettable ❤️ Grateful for every moment, every view, and every memory made. Italy, you were magical

  Marius was an excellent tour guide! He was extremely knowledgeable and informative and had a great senses of humor! He kept us laughing while also sharing a lot of fascinating details about the history of Rome, Naples, Pompeii and the Sorrento/Amalfi region.

  Our host guide, Marius, and our driver were amazing! Very informative, knowledgeable, and full of energy. Our guide was very sensitive and caring for every person in the group. He went far and beyond to make sure we were all comfortable and made sure to accommodate every person. Been on tours for a while and never seen someone so passionate, mix with humor, guide the passengers with love. He even made us feel like family by calling us familia!
