5.00Wilson was a great guide, with good knowledge of the country, wildlife, the national park and the fauna that we passed (and football when it was brought up!). We were on a quiet trail away from the crowds and it was immensely peaceful. Would recommend

5.00Edison was very knowledgable about the Cajas, abojt thr history of the park abd the ecosystem. He provided options at the end if you wanted an easier route back to the car. He also provided information of what else you can do in Ecuador!

5.00The hike was amazing! Otherworldly. Our guide was very knowledgeable and explained many types of flora native to Ecuador. The hike was around 3 hours, it had rained the night before so many of the trails were muddy but doable. The Polylepis forest section of the hike was like being in a story book, it was nothing I had ever seen before. Really unique trees. Definitely worth a visit!

5.00We absolutely loved our tour of Cajas national park with Edison - he is so knowledgeable about nature and the park and tailored our walk to exactly what we required, one of the best days of our holiday so far. The park is beautiful and around every corner there is a beautiful view, on our way back we had time to visit the hat factory of Herman Ortega - what an experience we had, the family who owns it were in attendance and so helpful ,

5.00We are staying in Cuenca for a week and so, of course, wanted to book a tour to beautiful Cajas National Park. We thought about tackling it independently but then decided to book with a tour (through Viator) and we are so pleased that we made this decision. Edison Juca was our guide and he was stellar. A truly professional guide with a wealth of knowledge about all things Ecuador. We learned so much and he answered any and all questions we had. He was patient with my partner who was suffering from the altitude. The Park is so worth visiting - a magical place. We added the lunch option - definitely worth it and you will be hungry after the hike. We would not hesitate to book with this company again and wish we’d booked with them for our trip from Quito to Baños instead of another company who disappointed.

5.00Wow, every turn on the trail was an amazing view. Rivers, lakes, mountains, floral, birds...it was all breathtaking. Moises, our guide, was a font of knowledge of the flora pointing out different species and telling us about their uses. He also knew a lot about the birds. I thoroughly enjoyed this hike.

5.00The tour with Moses, and facilitated by Polylepis Tours and Edison, was spectacular. I booked a tour alone and felt safe throughout the tour. Besides, Moses told me a lot about the park and its native bushes. I learned a lot and I can't recommend it anymore!

5.00A great trip with my guide, Diego, had a very good walk around Cajas national park at whatever pace I wanted and Diego was so knowledgable about all the plants and didn't mind at all about my constant stopping to take photos of the landscape!
