  The tour was well organised and ran to time. All the activities were really good and the whole group enjoyed the tour very much. Our guide Thang was very knowledgeable and supported us well during the tour. Would recommend. The company also called to upgrade us to the private tour for the same price as we were a group of 10 which was a nice touch.

  Ninh Binh is really beautiful and I had an amazing time during this trip. The boat ride through Tam Coc river was a highlight, the bike ride through a village was a bit rough as it was a rainy day & my bike got jammed with mud (the bikes are basic/old not v suitable for rough roads and so just keep that in mind when signing up). I did this activity solo and when my bike got stuck I had to stay back to unblock the wheel & was stranded alone for a bit until my tour guide found me, and kindly swapped bikes with me - but i had wished they’d checked the bikes properly before letting people get on them in the first place! Other than that the rest of the trip was smooth & we experienced climbing up MUA caves in the rain but it was still ambient & moody and very aesthetic so don’t let the bad weather out you off! The climb is totally worth it! The tour guide and driver very kindly dropped me outside of my hotel at night which was also great! Overall the sites are 10/10 worth it!

  We had got good advisor from Tony and got very good tour. We have never went on a tour before, but we had a really pleasant trip which fulfilled our expectations. We went with a personal tour just for four of us which was perfectly tailored for our needs. Special thanks to our guide Chi who really took care of us, he has a really great knowledge about the history and culture of vietnam, and everything in general.

  Gary was an excellent guide, worth seeking out. His knowledge of Vietnamese history, geography, culture etc was very strong, and this added so much to the experience.

  We used this company to customise several small group/private tours and transfers while in Vietnam. Tam Coc, Sapa and Mekong. Mr Tony was fantastic nothing was too much trouble to arrange fantastic communication. Good drivers, English speaking guides, reliable on time, listened to exactly what we wanted!   Mr Thang is such a great guide!! This tour was excellent. I was annoyed at first because the tour company booked every seat, including the front seat next to the guide and driver. The van is very comfortable, even with massgae seats, but not the front seat. I was not comfortable at all and annoyed that I did not receive the same treatment as the other participants. I told Mr Thang and he found someone that wanted to sit in front right away. That person enjoyed the front seat and I was happy with the more comfortable seat in the back. I think it is wrong to sell that seat as I doubt many people would want to be crammed in with the driver and guide. Mr Thang made things right as soon as he could and everyone had a great time. This tour was great! The locations were absolutely worth seeing and the time allowed to vist them was perfect foe the one day tour. Some places you could easily spend the entire day so it is not possible to do everything but what we did was the best that each area had to offer. Mr Thang also timed everything so that we were ahead of the big crowds which made a huge difference for photos and our ability to enjoy the sites. 5 star service from the driver and Mr Thang, shame on the company for selling that front seat and expecting someone to sit there for the long drives.

  Amazing day out to see rural Vietnam, one of the best days of our whole time out here. Highly recommend as way to see the Vietnamese countryside and people out of the cities
