5.00We were group of 17 Europeans visiting Jordan for our yoga retreat and we booked Brige Travel agency for providing us assistance with visas, transfer and guides. It was our second cooperation. Because we were very satisfied for the first time, when they have done for us only transfer and guided tour in Petra, this time we asked the Bridge Travel also for booking of the hotel in Petra and also for organizing local dinner and lunch for our group. We were really satisfied, again. Service, help and support they provided to our group in Jordan was absolutely professional. We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful country again, also thank to Bridge Travel.

5.00We rented a bus for two days to have a family trip to Petra and Wadi Rum. Driver (Naser) was always on time. Bus very comfortable and air conditioned. Cold water on board and Wi-Fi. All included. Driver always drove according to speed limit and we felt very safe and well take care of. The trip was amazing, the Petra tour guide Hani is very knowledgeable and professional. Petra is way more beautiful in real life than in photos. We stayed at Luxotel bubbles camp in Wadi Rum. Sunset tour is a must. Bubbles were very comfortable. Watching sunrise was amazing as well. Food was great. Local vendors very hospitable. Can’t say enough good things about the Transport company and this whole experience.

5.00We had the fortunate opportunity to visit this region and to meet a wonderful individual that made this whole adventure so much more enjoyable...his name is Jacob (PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ASK FOR HIM...HE'S THE GUIDE YOU WANT for this amazing journey. Not only did he make our experience enjoyable but he made it absolutely unforgettable. He was not only our guide, but our leader, organizer, protector and inside man. He knows his way around and what you need the most. The trip was amazing...we will be here again in the near future. Jacob will once again be with us as our guide and also now our friend. We stay in touch and communicate regularly and share our lives and families. We met our driver/guide (Jacob) in Amman after our journey in Greece, Jacob was all smiles and very friendly. Our trip in Jordon was spent traveling to Wadi Rum desert camp with Jacob (stopping for Starbucks). Jacob described shared and explained a lot about the history of Jordon and culture. We shared a lot of stories and had fun along the way. Jacob called ahead for arrangements in Wadi Rum for the Bubble Tents and Jeep Ride (well worth it). The next day, Jacob picked us up right on time as promised and we spent the morning driving to Petra and walking us to get in and meet guide. Jacob was waiting outside after our visit and took us to get drinks and fruits after our long hot day. We then proceeded to drive back to Amman. I would have given Jacob 9 stars but there is only option for 5. This journey and region is amazing...Jacob made it more amazing!!

5.00I loved the whole experience. The driver Jacob was very accommodating. If we needed to stop for any reason even if it was a photo op he did. He was very friendly and speaks English very well. Never a miscommunication at all. Petra was phenomenal. If I could have stayed for 3 days instead of one to explore more would have been better. Wadi rum was a very calming experience. I would recommend also the Dead Sea experience. We also went to a mosaic art gallery and was greeted by many people working on pictures. I had to purchase one to remember my experience there. A great experience overall and again Jacob was very kind friendly and accommodating.

5.00The trip to Jordan was more than we expected! Jordan is a beautiful country with lots to offer. We visited the Ajlun castle, the city of Jerash, the Dead sea, Mt. Nebo and stayed in Amman and Wadi Rum. The experience at Wadi Rum was amazing. The food was great and the people of Jordan treated us very well. Our Driver Kamal was very professional, friendly and courteous. He is very knowledgeable about the sites and all that Jordan has to offer. He was very patient, always on time and always greeted us with a smile. He made the pick up from the border very easy, safe and pleasent to deal with. He definitely made us feel safe and made the trip worth it. Kamal was the best. Definitely recommend to anyone booking. Jordan is a hidden gem!

5.00Jacob with bridge travel was our driver for 4 days from Amman to Petra and back. We both feel so blessed to have had Jacob as our driver, he was polite, punctual, a careful driver and genuinely concerned for us. He was very knowledgeable about so many things we thoroughly enjoyed our conversations while traveling. He secured all our entrance tickets and met us in our hotel the second day of our Petra tour to collect our luggage and walk us over to make sure we had a guide for the morning. He is an asset to Bridge travel and we couldn’t have been happier with the whole experience!!!!!!! I highly recommend Bridge Travel, we felt safe from the moment we were greeted at the airport to our return for our flight home.

5.00We did a transfer to Petra and a day trip to the dead sea. We enjoyed both and Mohammed, our driver, drove safely and had a comfortable car. Petra is unmissable - simply magical. For the day trip to the dead sea, we got day use passes for the Holiday Inn resort which was well equipped with lockers and towels. Lunch was a buffet of traditional food. We enjoyed Bridge travel’s service and recommend them.
