Petra - Wadi Musa
Morning pick up from your hotel in Amman (we suggest you started at 7 or 8 in the morning) in a modern air-conditioned vehicle with a friendly and informed English speaking driver, drive south to Petra (drive time is 3 hours). Upon reaching Petra, you will have time to explore the city on your own beginning with a walk through the long and winding Siq, until you catch your first glimpse of the impressive and imposing treasury, and marvel at impossible architecture that is over 2000 years old. Continue through the Street of Facades, the Roman Theater, the Royal Tombs till you reach Qasr Al Bint at the end of the colonnaded street, you can either walk back to the gate to meet your driver for the voyage back, or spend some free time to relax or explore on your own before walking back to the gate for the drive back to Amman.

5.00HASIMITE KINGDOM TOUR Of Jordan petra dead sea Just had amazing trip to Jordan our guide Adan was amazing and looked after us really well as did the driver Muhammed.cant praise this trip enough .met at airport by a rep who sorted visas and safe transport to the hotel and same on return had our boarding passes printed and ready. Just quick tip that not all hotels serve alcohol and in amman where hotels are based mot easy to buy but sufra restaurant on rainbow street lovely meal and wine. Fab well organised trip look forward ro more with exotica .we have done 3 so far excellent .only thing was we had to fly from Stanstead and ftiend lives by heathrow and another couple wanted Stansted and had to go Heathrow High 5 ro our guide adanan knowm as adan Date of experience: 02 May 2025 ton9th may

5.00I was referred by a business colleague who had used Jordan Select Tours for a trip to Petra in April 2024. The referral was a excellent one. From my initial contact with Omaima Salim, the planning went smoothly. I had made my hotel arrangement in Amman and Petra, so the tour involved travel with stops from Amman to Petra [via Madaba, Mount Nebo, and Shobak Castle], a day at Petra, and return to Amman via Dead Sea route. Haytham, who spends part of each year in the US, was an excellent driver with good knowledge of the sties. He was very thoughtful and on time. On the day at Petra he picked my up at the hotel and made the "transfer" to my guide for the day, Gabriel. Gabriel was also excellent. He facilitated my ride in the "golf cart" to the "Treasury" and walked with me in our tour of other sites in Petra. On the third day, Haytham picked my up at the hotel and drove through the desert to the road by the Dead Sea. His narrative was very interesting about this unique part of the world, and its geography. The one unfortunate part of the trip was the inclusion of a stop at the Dead Sea Holiday Inn for a "swim" and lunch. Because of my somewhat limited mobility, I was not able to access the "swim" because of the distance and steep change in elevation from the hotel to the beach. [The "day use" bare-bones facilities were also limited.] Omaima Salim arranged for a partial refund for that portion of my tour. I would highly recommend Jordan Select Tours for any visits to Jordan.

5.00Esam review We had the absolute best experience with Jordan Select Tours and would absolutely recommend them to anyone! It started out with Ola emailing back and forth with us for several months helping us plan and finalize our trip. She was very patient and helpful to us as we made a lot of changes up until really close to our departure. Upon arrival in Jordan, we were greeted by their airport representative that helped us get our Visas and get through customs. He assisted us with our luggage, collected final payment, and got us out to our driver. Our driver for the trip was Esam. We couldn’t have asked for a better driver/guide! He is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, funny, and kind. Several times throughout our trip he would buy us packs of water bottles or snacks. He loved getting us local foods or snacks to try and we sure appreciated it. All of the food we had on this trip was amazing! Were missing it already. He was always willing to answer any questions we had. By the end he felt like family to us! We were also super grateful for all of the local guides that they booked for us. We truly had some of the best guides at every site. We could tell by seeing others that we truly had guides that were invested in their job and making sure we had the best experience. We’d like to give a huge shoutout to our guide Sameer in Petra. Petra was the main reason we were here as my brother is named Petra after the city. He made sure to show us every little thing including many things that others do not see or point out. He was born in a cave in Petra so he truly knows it all. He was also an incredible photographer! I know a lot of people are unsure about traveling to Jordan right now with conflicts in surrounding areas but it is truly safe and a great time to go!

5.00We visited Jordan for 8 days and we went to the most important sites aroud there. Starting from the first touch we felt that they were our best choice, at the beginning with Mrs. Omaima that arranged our private tour very well and booked for us the hotels we prefered and she was always present by email or whatsapp, then with our special driver Mr. Wael that drove us around the country in a very safely and attentive way and to the professional guides we met during our trip. All was incredibly perfect! Thank you guys for everything, you all did a great job. I recommend with no dubt this agency!!!

5.00From the moment we arrived to the the time we left, Jordan Select Tours provided excellent service and value. Our driver Alaa was very friendly and made a tremendous effort to show us the best of Jordan in the three days we spent in country. From the ruins of Jaresh to downtown Amman tothe Dead Sea, Petra and Karak, we saw all of the big tourist sites but, more importantly, got to experience the local flavors. You must try knafeh and sahlab in Amman and mansaf in Karak. The flavors will amaze you!

5.00Petra is the dream destination for the heritage lovers... the amazing valley , the royal tombs , treasury, Roman theatre , everything is just amazing . The landscape was just breathtaking. We visited petra for 3 days and it's was completely worth being 3 days . One day to complete the main trail , second day to go Royal tombs and Monastery , third day to see the high sacrifice place which had a breathtaking panoramic view of petra valley . It is important to take of the safety during the hiking to reach Royal tombs , Monastery and High sacrifice place . It's worth to do the hiking but if anyone has health issues then it's probably not the best ides , hiking up with the kids also can be very risky . The petra museum is extremely good not only in the artifacts but also the vedio that provides so much information of the valley , the Nabateans and how the city use to survive , the trade routes , all the possible information. Overall the experience to petra was great , highly recommended .

5.00Shireen Salem from Jordan Select Tours organized a private 5 nights tour of Jordan for my family. We stayed 2 nights in Amman, 2 nights in Petra and 1 night in Dead Sea. From the planning stage till the end of our trip, our experience was wonderful and memorable. Shireen is truly customer centric and ensured we were fully satisfied with all aspects of our trip. The meet and assist service provided by Fadi was excellent, the guides were very good and our driver Haytham took us through the country efficiently and safely. All hotels were excellent.
