Horrible customer service and logistic issues

They emailed me the day before to say that the 11am slot was canceled and whether I’d like to join the 10:30am or 12pm slot. I emailed back selecting the 10:30am slot. No one responded. So I followed up 2 more times. No response. Day OF, still no respond. What am I supposed to do? My time is canceled and I didn’t get confirmation. So I rearranged my schedule and showed up for 10:30am. They wouldn’t let me on the 10:30 and tried to blame me bc I didn’t get confirmation. But no one responded and it was the day of and they told me my slot was canceled. It ended up that my slot wasn’t canceled and I was able to get on the 11am but it was such a huge inconvenience showing up earlier and changing my schedule and they wouldn’t acknowledge or compensate me for the inconvenience. In addition, the tour was just OK. I could have done without.

A brilliant cruise, with knowledgable and friendly crew. Thoroughly enjoyed going through the canals, especially the dancing houses. Crew need to be more aware of the way food is served.

Lovely trip round some of the canals. Drinks and cheese are tasty and the tour was informative and fun. Sam, our host was great and looked after everyone very well and made the tour lots of fun. My small complaint is the tour wasn't quite an hour which is a shame as it would have been great to be on the boat a little longer.
