5.00Stayed for 2 nights as a family of 3 girls. Felt really safe and the hotel is in a great position for getting around everywhere . The hotel is lovely and quirky with so much character . Every moment of staff we met were very approachable and pleasant and nothing was too much to ask. They had the room ready for us half an hour after we arrived and many hours before the check in time which was very much appreciated . Also a shout out for the free coffee machine in the reception area which was the icing on the cake . Such a lovely touch. If we visit Amsterdam again which I am sure we will as we loved the city we have our go to hotel. Very sad to leave . Thank you for we will be back
