We will meet the group at Carrefour de l'Europe at 8:00AM. From there, we will depart for our destination, Amsterdam, on a bus trip that will take about 3 hours.
Amsterdam
Once we arrive in Amsterdam, we will have a short stop to regain our strength and start our boat trip with a tour guide who will show us the main points of the city: the Jordaan district, the 9 Streets or the Amsterdam Central Station. During the boat trip, we will also enjoy the wonderful architecture that the city has to offer. After this boat tour, you will have 4 hours free time to visit the city on your own.

5.00Antonio is wonderful, funny and gave us the tour in both Spanish and English. It wasn’t an easy task at all but he did it so well. On our free time, we tried the canal museum as he recommended and it was amazing. Great way to learn about the city’s canals. Thank you Antonio. Lovely time on the canal cruise as well.

5.00It was a great day trip. Had some time with the guide and a lot of time to walk around on our own. The map and suggestions were great and, while we used some of those suggestions, we found a lot of interesting places on our own. Hit a lot of traffic on our way but still had time to explore.

4.00Long day! The return was 5 hours on the bus. So in total 8 1/2 hrs on the bus. Our guide was both Spanish and English but leaned heavily on Spanish so didn’t feel we had a lot of information in comparison. Enjoyed the city. Walkable to most things we wanted to see. The boat was nice way to see the city albeit the guide didn’t seem to provide much English dialogue.

4.00The trip was a good way to visit Amsterdam from Brussels and we enjoyed the canal cruise. Our main complaint was that the bus driver did not show up at a reasonable time for pick-up in Amsterdam and many of were left standing in a very cold environment for an extended time.

4.00Our guide Antonio was great and very knowledgeable. Unfortunately the travel time to and from Brussels takes up too much time leaving us very little time to enjoy the city. Also, where the bus meet us on the way back is kind of far taking up more of the time there. To really enjoy this city I would have to come back on my own.
