The difference between Amsterdam during daytime and Amsterdam during nighttime is literally a difference between night and day. In the evening, as soon as the sun sets, all lights will go on on the bridges and buildings. Amsterdam will transform into one of the most romantic cities in the world. Maybe even more romantic than Paris??
Open boats from April 1st only till November 1st.
We often have the beautiful setting of sunset and magical golden hour, the best moment for pictures.
In our open boats you will have the best view of the city possible. And with our quiet electric engines, you can indulge in all the sights, sounds, and smells of the city. Add one of our lovely drinks and typical Dutch bites with that. And you have a perfect night on the canals.

we will always try to give the best tour possible (5*). But in rare occasion things don't go as you and me would like. Please let me know asap. Either direct or send me an email of text. I will contact you.
The tour is a historical canal cruise, it is not a booze cruise. So if you are looking for a bachelor party boat or any other booze cruise. Just contact me. And I can arrange that for you on a private boat.
If it rains, it could be possible that we use a covered boat.
In case of bad weather, reschedulling or cancellation is always possible.
The boat is an open boat without a toilet.
Due a lot of traffic at the dock, we can't wait more than 5 minutes. Please make sure you are at the dock 10 minutes before departure.
Be aware, on the water it can be colder than in the street. Make sure you have a coat with you.
A fairly big step needs to be taken to get in the boat. Ofcourse we will assist you.
You'll have to be able to take the steps in to the boat, Of course we will assist.

We dock right in front of the Rijksmuseum. Take a moment to enjoy this amazing museum. Beautiful as a building and amazing expositions. And of course the master piece of the world famous Rembrandt called the Nachtwacht (Night watch).

5.00Captain Arnold was the perfect skipper, guide and host aboard the Papi, a whisper-quiet, open-top eletric small vessel. We boarded a stone’s throw from the Rijksmuseum, on a sunset cruise timed to catch golden hour an Amsterdam’s beautiful canals. It’s s small group, personalised experience, with cosy blankets, cold beers and other drinks plus Dutch cheeses, stoop waffels, licorice and other treats. It was a marvellous, fun and informative evening. Highly recommended.

5.00Capt Jack’s was easygoing, low key, less “commercial”. Local college kid did the tour who grew up there. Tim was excellent. Didn’t over do it. Pretty chill. Knew multiple answers to the extra questions poised. Def one of the highlights of our three day visit. The tour was second thought but made it special. So much to see from the water you can’t from walking. A must do!

1.00Beware that if it pouring rain outside, which was our experience, they will not cancel the trip. We backed out because you literally could not see anything due to rain. No option to rebook for another day.

5.00We had just gotten into Amsterdam from London. It was a beautiful evening. Tim was our guide and he did a fantastic job. He was informative and funny and welcoming. We would go again and def recommend. Thanks for a great time!

2.00Book something else. While the scenery from the vessel was great, shape of front of vessel prevented photos, commentary was inadequate and basic and was too busy chatting in the last half of tour. Didn’t seem to care. Overcrowded. Nibbles were almost non existent and only 0 sugar soft options other than beer and wine. I cannot drink due to artificial sweeteners. Driver/guide ate carrot sticks in front of us. Something like that would have been welcome as nibbles. My gluten free husband could only eat the one cheese on offer. Too many lollies. We had another canal cruise the next day, commentary was 10times better.
Capt. Tim did a fabulous job sharing his knowledge of the beautiful city of Amsterdam. He was witty and fun! So fun!!!
