• Overall, disappointing. Good guide.

  When choosing a heated tour, keep in mind they have to enclose the space. it was very very difficult to see anything through the encloser. Therefore, I was left disappointed. Especially when there was a light structure on the other side of the boat; the view was obstructed by other passengers. They would stand up to see and those of on other side couldn’t see. The tour guide was good. Very informative and kind. He’s the only reason I’m giving this 3 stars. It was warm as promised. But remember there is a trade-off. If I had it to do again, I’d book a tour that promised a warm blanket instead of heater experience.

  The boat was forty minutes late. They tried to squeeze as many people as possible on the boat making the seating uncomfortable. The snacks were not good and only limited to one. The drinks were not cold.

  Ignacio was a delightful guide. Very much enjoyed our canal tour and the Amsterdam Lights! Our Skipper was great too! We were so glad to be warm!

  The canal ride was a great way to see the light show. The boat was off putting as it was named the "Titanic" but since there was no icebergs in Amsterdam we figured we were same. The crew was enthusiastic and helpful.

  Very disapointed in this Windows werent cleaned on outside so couldnt see out proper. Guide was good though

  Thank you. My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed this light cruise. Salim and Celia were very friendly and knowledgeable throughout the cruise. Would highly recommend !

  The boat ride was nice enough , but we departed 45 minutes past our scheduled time and waited in the rain .

  Attended the festival of lights for the first time. Unfortunately, it was not as interesting as we had imagined. Relatively long drive and few highlights.

  Michael, the captain was exceptional; he was friendly and made the trip worthwhile. He provided good information about the city.

  We were so excited to book this tour mostly based on the fact that the information portion when we booked stated the max number of people per boat would be 45. We counted at least 65 people On our boat. My husband and I got there early so that we could pick a desirable seat. But when we got on they were seating people and you had no choice on where to sit. My husband and I were both on the side of the table with our backs to the front of the boat. Meaning neither one of us could enjoy the light artwork. We sat at a small table facing strangers. We were so disappointed mostly because we trusted the other reviews on this site and feel that they were not accurate and the pictures on the post of people casually sitting with plenty of room is also very inaccurate. The workers were amazing and the tour guide was energetic and entertaining. If it wasn’t for them, I would have only given one star.
