The private boat is one of a few which has the floating monument status in Amsterdam. Due to its historic character, built in 1912, earlier serving as a passenger transport boat between East and West Germany, this boat has unique history.

5.00The Udine is a beautiful and intimate saloon boat; it was neatly ready for us at the agreed boarding time. Our captain turned out to be an enthusiastic young man who did not hesitate to join the conversation when asked. He has sailed us around with his knowledge and skills excellently. We use this platform more often and they have never disappointed us. Reliable and correct so definitely recommended!

5.00Amazing cruise. The boat was lovely and the captain was knowledgeable, kind and adjusted the tour perfectly for us. We've seen a loft of the interested areas and had great opportunities for photos that the captain pointed out in advance. Highly recommend booking!

5.00The tour itself is amazing, so many things to see and having someone there to personally explain everything is so good. Our captain was so knowledgeable and nice he knew all the information behind the light exhibits and loads of information about Amsterdam and the canals generally. I actually used this trip to propose to my (now) fiancé! It’s such a nice, intimate and romantic evening would recommend to any couples seeking something a little more personal and special.

5.00Excellent choice for a tour of the canals... it's the second time I've relied on Boatboys and I've always had a good time! Good explanations along the way, young and always friendly guys... small boats, well maintained and very comfortable! Highly recommended Some doubts about the Light Festival: I thought there were more installations for what is advertised! The canal tour is still interesting to see the city from another perspective

5.00I cannot recommend this private boat tour enough. The boat is very comfortable and was lovely and warm, so if it’s a cold day you can still enjoy this tour. The owners have thought of everything including installing glass that does not fog up when they restored the boat. There is something magical about being in a small boat at night with a glass of fizz soaking in the beauty of Amsterdam. You can only really appreciate some of the light installations from the water. Our host was charming and extremely knowledgeable on the various light installations and the artist’s inspiration behind each piece. Even if the light show is not on I would come back and do another tour. Booking was easy and the commutations with the owner was extremely responsive and helpful who arranged a different pick up point nearer to our hotel. I spent time choosing a private boat tour and am so pleased I chose this one. It had been one of the highlights of our trip.
