Amsterdam Canal Ring
First we’ll visit the old quarter of the Jordaan. See highlights like the Westertoren and the Anne Frank house, taste the original Amsterdam ‘bitterballen’. We’ll navigate via the river Amstel to the Red Light District. See the fabulous storehouses en then visit the hidden side of the city. Cruise past the National Maritime Museum and admire the East Indiaman ship dating from the Golden Age and enjoy the exotic Hortus Botanicus.

5.00Captain Erik was a great host and provided very insightful history about Amsterdam. The food and drinks, and the quick stop for a hot appetizer that he brought on board, was an added touch. We highly recommend this small canal tour over the much larger impersonal tours.

5.00Captain Charlie is very knowledgeable of the history of Amsterdam and the snacks and drinks were tasty. We even made a stop and picked up some meatballs. Much better than we thought it would be!

4.00Very enjoyable afternoon cruising Amsterdam canals with Captain Storm. Storm is a great conversationalist and kept the group entertained for the entire 2 hr experience. Enjoyed the snacks and wine and sitting in the bow of the boat taking in all the magic of Amsterdam. Would totally recommend this tour.

5.00We had a small group on our first visit to Amsterdam. We had heard so much about the canals and how it was a good introduction to the city. We booked this cruise to experience the city, and it was a great way to do so. But Captain Erik was a very pleasant surprise. His knowledge and connection with the city made this one of the best tours we have done. I would recommend this tour with him, even for those that have visited Amsterdam in the past.
