This was a most enjoyable morning cruise. Captain Erik was friendly, welcoming and extremely knowledgeable given he was born and raised in Amsterdam. You cover a lot of the city via the canals in the two hours you’re on board and Erik was sharing personal, historical and cultural information throughout. Erik’s family was directly impacted by WWII including losing some of his family to the holocaust so those personal details were quite impactful. I have been to Amsterdam multiple times and this is the first time we went on a canal cruise and we are glad we did. The food and drink offerings were excellent and compared to what I observed on other cruises from the street far superior. I would highly recommend this cruise and hopefully you’ll get Erik!

There was so much to see, and Captain Erik had stories to tell about the buildings boats, and sites along the way. He was informative and entertaining. My wife and I enjoyed his array of snacks and beverages.
