If food is the center of your trips abroad, you can kick back, put your feet up, and smile. You’re in for an adventure. The variety of flavors in The Netherlands that have been melded over the years reveal the Dutch food culture which blends beautifully with the nationalities that have migrated here throughout history and offers us a variety of traditional and new oriental and western flavors. Allow us to pull you away from the usual tourist route and towards some dreamy places that you didn’t know about. An all-together experience of stories and flavors that are inseparable from the city and make it as special as it is. All tastings are already included in the price of the tour. 3 hours, some stories and lots of food, so don’t say we didn’t tell you to come hungry.

We’ve gathered the best of the best of foods, places, and stories that make us smile and our stomachs growl just by thinking about it. As someone who’s been to Amsterdam dozens of times and thought I’d seen it all this food tour completely surprised me. I discovered flavors I didn’t know existed, cultures I’d walked past a hundred times without noticing, and food that genuinely made me stop and enjoy the moment. Sharp, delicious, and full of character. Highly recommended – especially if you think you already “know” Amsterdam.

I would recommend this tour to everyone. The planning and execution by the guide was impeccable. So not is the food amazing but the cultural and historical aspects about the food discussed kept my attention through the entire tour. I learned how to eat food like I was Dutch.

We were on a family food tour with the charming garbage. It was a fascinating and knowledge-filled tour and of course delicious and special. We thought about what is being eaten in the Netherlands other than chips and pancakes and we discovered a multicultural culinary world, rich history and a postcard compilation that created a city with a diverse culinary culture.

It was clear that she genuinely cared about everyone in the group and wanted everyone to enjoy the experience. We had a wonderful time. Guy had a lot of background info on the vendors and history of the food. The tour was well paced so we we were able to really focus on each offering. We really loved all of the food and surprised myself by enjoying the herring! We would highly recommend this tour for anyone woul wants to learn about Dutch food and the cultural influences on Dutch food. Lori and Bill
