1.00The app allows a booking until the date of the viewing, the money is debited from Paypal to then receive the notification that the booking must have been made 2 hours before. No reply to inquiry mail at the linked Service. No pick-up point for the tickets to reach someone else on site. Conclusion: No tickets, no sightseeing, money debited. Very annoying indeed.

1.00Watch out! FAKE! THERE ARE NO VIRTUAL glasses and tickets!!! Standing in front of the museum for an hour, nobody came! This does not happen with knowledge from the museum!!! There are many cases about Viator,booking,get your guide!! Who fall for the trap! I have received a PDF with my data and booking number... but I did not receive an aticket on site. I spoke to the hotline on the phone, then it was said I would only get a normal audioguide...I would have to have got the tickets by email...that was unfortunately not so...no help no refund....Attention a ticket for sas museum costs only 20 € no expensive tickets v buy anywhere else!!!!

3.00It was cool when it worked. the vr didn’t work well with our phones. Plus when we got to the site we were told 18 and under got in for free. So I basically wasted almost $100 cause the vr didn’t work well and two of my kids had free entrance. I feel like there should have been a different price for kids under 18.
