  We requested a guide for Bayon. We were impressed not only by the history of the ruins, but also by his detailed explanation of the delicate reliefs. And above all, his kindness was truly impressive, and he kindly answered our questions, for which we are truly grateful! His personality has made us love Cambodia even more!   I've been to Siem Reap a few times, especially Bayon, which I love. I wanted to know more about the history of Angkor ruins, so my guide showed me around. Bon Pagna, who was my guide, explained it very clearly and made me like Bayon even more. The souvenirs Pagna recommended were also well received by her family. I would also like to ask you to guide me next time.

  Bon is a great tour guide. Months before our trip to Siem Reap we have received a personal recommendation from family members who already had an unforgettable time with Bon visiting Angkor Wat and its surroundings some years ago before Covid 19 came. I've heard only fantastic things about Bon from them and when we let us guide by him, it really was a great and very professional experience. Bon provided us with all information needed already months before our holiday startet. In Siem Reap when Bon welcomed us, I felt instantly like I was greeting an old friend. It was immediately noticeable that you could rely 100% on Bon and that he would give everything to make our stay unforgettable. (Thank you again for that, Bon!) Bon was always more than punctual. He also took time the evening before our planned day trip to come to our hotel and plan the upcoming day with us. At 4.45 a.m., he was reliably back in front of our guesthouse - together with a tuk tuk driver he organised for us - and guided us through Angkor Wat and Angkor Thom professionally and with humour - always very empathetic to our needs. Bon took us outside the crowds of tourists to the ticket office and through the impressive temples. He planned the tour so that we could avoid both the heat and most of the tourists throughout the day and catered to our needs perfectly. He showed us the best places to take great photos and gave us all his knowledge about the history of Cambodia, Siem Reap, etc. Bon is a very pleasant conversationalist who showed the right amount of talking and silence and is very mindful of his surroundings. In the evening, when the day tour was over, he gave us lots of tips to make our evening in Siem Reap a success and when he heard that we did not yet have a transfer to the airport, he offered to drive us early the next morning, charging us a very reasonable price. We were looking forward to even spending more time with Bon, accepted his offer and he drove us very reliably and safely to our next destination by skilfully avoiding the morning traffic on side roads so that we were never stuck in a traffic jam and arrived on time. Thank you for this outstanding, unique an unforgettable experience and all the moments we could share with you in Siem Reap, dear Bon! We already recommended you to our hotel and to friends who plan to visit Cambodia (again) and we will continue to do so.
