Your tour begins with an early pickup and will collect from your hotel at between 4:15- 4.40 am in one of our air-conditioned vehicles. (Please provide name of hotel and address please.) Directly after pickup we will stop for 15 minutes at Angkor Park Pass Ticket Counters to buy the temple passes before we head to Angkor Wat Temple for the sunrise. They accept cash and credit cards for the temple passes at the counter. Then we will start this unforgettable adventure by crossing the bridge to the main entrance of the Angkor Wat Temple and admire the stunning sunrise over Angkor Wat and all surrounding temples. Following capturing this magical sunrise we will begin to enter the temple and explore and learn all the history of this ancient sanctuary. The knowledgeable guide shall gracefully lead the group, pausing at every scenic vista, providing ample opportunities for capturing the finest photo moments and memories along the journey.
Bayon Temple
As we press onward with our tour, our path shall lead us to the majestic South Gate of Angkor Thom. Within its grand expanse lies the renowned Bayon and Baphuon temples, a splendid assembly of 54 towers adorned with 216 serene faces of the divine Bodhisattva Avalokiteshvara. Throughout the visit, our knowledgeable tour guide shall regale us with the rich historical tapestry of the Angkor Temples and the illustrious Khmer empire, expertly illuminating the intricate architectural masterpieces that grace Angkor landscape. After this we will have lunch and your vehicle will drive pass by both the Terrace of Elephant and the Terrace of Leper King known as the royal viewing platform and the stage of the king’s great audience hall.

5.00Mr Sen was our guide for the day and had to be the best tour guide I’ve had in a long time! Plus as the wife isn’t a native English speaker she found him easy to understand! The 4:15am pickup was painful but our legendary guide kept us awake by making the trip interesting and fun! On our sunrise the clouds didn’t really cooperate but, our guide helped us with many amazing photos. Our “mango sticky rice” crew was well looked after with many a cold bottle of water and informative information about the history of each stop! If you’re doubting, book this tour as for Mr Sen and it works especially well if you’re on a time limit in Seam Reap to get an excellent experience of the temples. Also, be warned that when he looks like he’s playing with his phone in a way that’s looking like “hey boss” I’m working, he’s probably obtaining footage of your awesome experience, for a cool little video later!

5.00It was FANTASTIC! Especially Chanthy AKA Indiana Jones and Michael. They were great. Indi made it so much fun and was always ready to take the best pics. He was informative and funny and made us all feel like a family. Then he also recommended other cultural opportunities. I highly recommend this tour. Ask for Indiana Jones. He’s AWESOME!!!

5.00Wonderful tour by the insightful and entertaining Chanthy (aka Indiana Jones!). Professional and yet relaxed, it felt like we were taken to slightly quieter spots/entrances and time by a managed so well that we saw less other tourists than I expected. What an experience!

5.00Fantastic experience! Mr. Sen was an excellent guide and made the tour enjoyable for our whole family. We learned a lot about Cambodian history and religion, and were in awe of the four temples we visited. Mr. Sen was particularly good at adjusting and adapting the tour to the needs of our kids (two of which were VERY tired given the early start). Our driver Mr. Nat was so friendly and always prepared with fresh cool towels and water. The coffee break mid-way helped to energize everyone. I’m glad we did the private tour instead of a group; and very glad Sen was assigned to be our guide today. As an unexpected perk, he also takes beautoful photographs!! Highly recommend!
