Angkor Wat
Your tour begins with an early pickup and will collect from your hotel at between 4:15- 4.40 am in one of our air-conditioned vehicles. (Please provide name of hotel and address please.) Directly after pickup we will stop for 15 minutes at Angkor Park Pass Ticket Counters to buy the temple passes before we head to Angkor Wat Temple for the sunrise. They accept cash and credit cards for the temple passes at the counter. Then we will start this unforgettable adventure by crossing the bridge to the main entrance of the Angkor Wat Temple and admire the stunning sunrise over Angkor Wat and all surrounding temples. Following capturing this magical sunrise we will begin to enter the temple and explore and learn all the history of this ancient sanctuary. The knowledgeable guide shall gracefully lead the group, pausing at every scenic vista, providing ample opportunities for capturing the finest photo moments and memories along the journey.
Bayon Temple
As we press onward with our tour, our path shall lead us to the majestic South Gate of Angkor Thom. Within its grand expanse lies the renowned Bayon and Baphuon temples, a splendid assembly of 54 towers adorned with 216 serene faces of the divine Bodhisattva Avalokiteshvara. Throughout the visit, our knowledgeable tour guide shall regale us with the rich historical tapestry of the Angkor Temples and the illustrious Khmer empire, expertly illuminating the intricate architectural masterpieces that grace Angkor landscape. After this we will have lunch and your vehicle will drive pass by both the Terrace of Elephant and the Terrace of Leper King known as the royal viewing platform and the stage of the king’s great audience hall.

5.00Mare was an excellent guide who speaks excellent English and was very knowledgeable about the Angkor Wat temples. We were very satisfied with both his knowledge and friendly personal style. I would strongly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to spend 8+ short hours learning about the Cambodian lifestyle and temple history.

5.00It was a great experience. Part of the Indiana Jones group, and Chanthy was the most amazing tour guide. He had some amazing knowledge to share both about the temples history, and Cambodias history too. He also offered to take pictures of everyone, and took some great ones! The only thing I’ll say is the food stop is a slightly expensive place (or at least for a young backpacker !!), but the food looked really good so not reflecting in the rating as it was just a personal preference - Just thought I’d include so if you’re on a budget, you can bring snacks instead!

5.00Despite the early start we had an amazing day. We couldn't have asked for a better guide than Indiana Jones. He had so much history of Cambodia, the temples, Buddhism etc but it wasn't overwhelming just interesting. Our driver Michael Jackson picked us up from our hotel right on time and was always ready to move us to the next temple. The sunrise was a surreal experience and would recommend it. Don't be put off by the early start, there's time for a nap in the afternoon as you're back at your hotel around lunchtime.

5.00My family and I had a great day visiting temples today. Our tour guide Mare was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. He provided a lot of information and kept us all interested and at a good pace. We have two 13 year old kids and I am sure they will take a lot from this experience. Tour was very organised and the place we had lunch had lots of options and was very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!
