  We are an older couple from australia of lebanese decent and my feedback is that this company is highly recommended for its professionalism. Amazing experience with explore lebanon tours. We had the best time. Elie the company owner was so caring and professional , he responded to all our requests and checked with the driver and guide about us all through the day. Safety was his priority! The tour was well organised and covered everything we wanted to see in baalbeck anjar and kasara. Second tour we did was sidon and tyre. • Exploring Lebanon in a relaxed pace!

  I had everything planned for Lebanon back in late 2019/early 2020 and then Covid hit - all with Explore Lebanon Tours. At the time, me and Luka were going back and fourth with emails until it all came crumbling down. Fast forward to 2023, I again made contact with Luka and... he remembered me! He still had all my details, itinerary e.t.c of where I wanted to go! Amazing :) Luckily, I had a friend coming along with me this time (as we were actually going on to Syria after Lebanon - you can read my review of Syria under my profile) which made the day trips in Lebanon even more enjoyable. We booked four tours with them and non of it was disappointing. We had Elie as our driver and guide for three of the four days, and Hussein for one. Baalbek was a definite highlight. We also went on a hike at the Chouf Cedars, visited Byblos, Harissa and the Grotto, Batroun and the star... Mount Lebanon. We specifically wanted to go to Mount Lebanon to see Laqlouq ponds - which required a hike of about 2hrs (including photo time) return. Elie knew exactly where we needed to go and gave us directions. If were went ourselves, would've take a whole lot longer. Non of the mainstream tour operators in Lebanon tend to advertise these nature walks/hike. If you haven't heard of Laqlouq ponds, see my photo. Most just take you to Baalbek, Grotto e.t.c. Explore Lebanon Tours will literally move mountains to make your trip enjoyable and fit everything in as you desire. Elie and Luka were fantastic. I couldn't thank them enough. Luka was lovely with all the prompt communication - even though I never got to meet him! Elie did all the driving - he's a wonderful and safe driver - and was SO patient with us. We took so many photos at locations and Elie never complained. If you get Elie as the guide, you'll be in very good hands :) He's super gentle - he's an ex bar-tender too! Hope we meet again Elie/Luka - if you come to Australia, please say hi!

  The team at Explore Lebanon tours were professional from the first contact I made two weeks prior to my arrival , they customised 3 day tours from Beirut giving me diverse experiences which highlighted how many good attractions Lebanon has to offer all just a hour or two from Beirut ! A huge surprise for me . My both drivers Eli & Hussein were both helpful, knowledgeable and I consider safe drivers , Eli at very short notice made possible a 17k hike for me to do with a guide & still keeping my original itinerary.   I did 2 tour with explore lebanon and both were great. Luka was a great guide and also a wonderful human Being. He was always looking for us and he was always trying to show us not only the tourist sites but also hidden places. We had lunch at a wonderful local bakery that was wonderful!! Lebanon is an amazing destinaron. If you want to have a wonderful trip do not hesisate and contact explore lebanon!

  Stop looking for a tour and go with Nicola and Fawzi! Nicolaarranged everything and was extremely accommodating, waiting for our emails as we went on an off wifi. I would have not been so patient! Then Fawzi picked us up and and made my trip to Lebanon o one of a kind experience. Fawzi is a special person, very well versed in Lebanese cultures, speaks +7 languages, and has travelled the world. Not only you are in for a fantastic country (Lebanon) but also for great conversation. As an engineer, he looks at the ruins and gives you a perspective no other guide will give you. In the evening, more than a guide it felt like I met my old friend from Lebanon who took the day off to drive me around. He even negotiated a Sisha for me and cost me peanuts! If you factor the savings into what I paisd Fawzi and Nicola for the tour it comes do to a very low number. Look I don't typically leave reviews ubt for Nicola and Fawzi I just have to. They deserve it. I came in with a tour guide and left with a friend.. You cant go wrong!

  My Husband,our 1.5 year old took a chance on Lebanon and booked a 5 day trip. In an effort to see more than Beirut, I quickly googled tours and found Explore Lebanon. Nicola was quick to respond and suggest trips that we could take bearing in mind we had a toddler. We decided on two day trips to Baalbek and the Cedars after her recommendation. She went above and beyond and even managed to get a car seat for my son. The trips were absolutely spectacular and Fawzi was such a great guide and one of the warmest people I've ever met. He organised everything and even took our son for a walk during our wine tasting after he threw a massive toddler tantrum. We are definitely going back to Lebanon and seeing more of the country all hopefully organised by Nicola and Fawzi. I could not recommend them more! They are a fantastic team.
