• Five Stars for Trekking Planner: Safe, Personalized and Perfectly Organized

  Mr. Dipak, the head of Trekking Planner, and his team provided perfect support for our travel planning and responded very individually to our personal preferences. The trip itself went just as perfectly, from the pick-up at Kathmandu airport to the farewell at the airport, including the presentation of certificates for the successful ascent to Annapurna Base Camp. Special mention must be made of the support provided by our guide Achyut, who, together with our porter Prokash, always guided us safely. As trekking beginners, he also advised us on many matters, such as food selection, scheduling breaks, and fluid intake, so that we learned a lot and were always able to complete the daily stages well. After reaching ABC, Achyut even accommodated our personal request and shortened the return trip by one day so that we would have a full day in Pokhara to visit the city. Overall, the rating of 5 out of 5 is absolutely justified. We would go on another “tour” with Trekking Planner, Achyut, and Prokash anytime. Excellent! Thank you!

  I was with the team of Trekking Planner Pvt. Ltd. on a 10-day hike across Poon Hill to Annapurna Base Camp. The team consisted of guide Achyut Mishra and Porter Prakash. From the beginning, the guide Achyut Mishra demonstrated his excellent communication and organisational skills. He demonstrated high empathy, patience and adaptability to respond to my individual wishes and questions. Thanks to his professionalism, knowledge and enthusiasm, this adventure became a truly extraordinary experience. He really cares about the well-being of his guests. It was obvious that Achyut not only mastered his craft as a guide, but was also passionate about the cause. It was an unforgettable adventure. I still lack the words to describe this extraordinary experience. The beauty of this country and the warmth of the people have left me speechless. Thanks again to the entire team of Trekking Planner Pvt. Ltd. for outstanding Service, especially to Manager Dipak, Guide Achyut and Carrier Prakash.   I went with Trekking Planners for the Annapurna Base Camp trek with my guide - Achyut Mishra. It was very well organised and all the details were kept in mind. I had an enriching experience on the trek and Achyut ensured that I got proper rest, good food and sound sleep. He is a very knowledgeable guide - which made the trek look easier than it was. I went solo but did not feel bored at all - due to his interesting stories about mountains and conversations. Achyut respects the guests’s situation and demands and acts only according to that. I am satisfied with Trekking planners service and would highly recommend it to others to give it a try.

  Our experience with Trekking Planner was excellent. Many thanks to Dipak in Kathmandu for helping us plan, decide and guide us on which trek to choose, as well as organizing the route we did on our own (from Jomsom to Ghorepani). A special thank you to our guide Kiran, who accompanied us from Ghorepani to Annapurna Base Camp. We truly appreciated his flexibility, advice, kindness, and knowledge about the distances between each stop. He also helped us with the logistics of choosing accommodations at every village and negotiating the best prices. We are also very grateful for all the knowledge he shared about Nepal — we learned so much throughout this journey.   Absolutely fantastic experience, the company went ways and beyond to provide spectacular service. My Nepal Annapurna trip was made possible all thanks to Trekking Planner Nepal. Mr Dipak the company owner made all our queries and doubts clear; he was very responsive and ensured that our trip was smooth. Our guide Binod did a fantastic job. Very kind and caring as well as professional. We played games together during our free time and laughed a lot along the journey. It was very fun. I highly recommend to take the services provided by the company. Best company for trekking and tour in Nepal. Surely join again for another beautiful trip in Nepal.

  

• Annapurna Base Camp Trek 2025 August.

  there were some concerns in the beginning of the trek as the time of the return flight to kathmandu were booked without discussing with us. i thought we couldnt make it and i brought up this issue to Dipash, who was our guide. He identified and rectified the issues smoothly. the itinerary was change often to suit our pace and weather conditions. the first 2 days of the hike were challenging and confusing as each one of us had different pace. after a brief discussion, we all came to an agreement that we must complete the trek as a group so from the next day onwards we hiked in a group. even if we were separated, we made sure we can still see each other. we began to enjoy our hike and took one day at a time. we had good porters, Arjun and Sumon and our experienced guide, Dibash. Dibash predictions of our ETA to the tea houses were excellent. We were always on schedule although we may seemed slow. they helped with one of our trekking pole when it became loose with a spoon and they also helped with my shoes when the soles almost came off during the rain. they had nothing to repair but they used what we had to make do. Dipash took the string from his raincoat to tie the sole of my shoes. they were not just porters and guide but they were like mcgyver too! we did not have a smooth start but we made it to ABC as a group and we made it down safely too. all thanks to the dedication, perseverence and guidance of Dipash, Arjun and Sumon. We had good dinner in Pokhara and Kathmandu and also a complimentary full body massage! it was an awesome experience altogether.

  Trekking to ABC was a memorable & Joyful Journey eventhough a little hiccups in the beginning of the trekking.The trek’s stunning landscapes, cultural immersion, and sense of accomplishment made it an unforgettable adventure. Our Guide Dibash's judgement on our daily hiking hours based on our pace and terrain challenges was very précised. Kudos to our porters Arjun and Sumon for carrying our duffle bags and making sure we are ok. Would appreciate details like pre-trek materials, pre-updates on seasonal weather/temperature on and what to expect (monsoon, winter etc) 1 week before the departure date. This small adjustment could transform a great trek into a flawless one! Thank you, Dipak for the hospitality during our stay at Pokhara and Kathmandu.

  I, along with my family, had an excellent time with Nepal Trekking Planner; the planning was fabulous—special thanks to Mr. Dipak for organizing such a fantastic trip. Even though we had it customized, there were no problems, and we had some of the best times there. Annapurna, Pokhara, and Bandipur are so magical and beautiful. Not enough to explain how beautiful these places are. The whole trip was taken care of, and there was nothing to worry about. Additional thanks to Binod, our guide, who helped us throughout the trek. Very professional, kind, knowledgeable, and caring. Trekking Planner is the best company in Nepal for tours and trekking. I highly recommend this company for future travelers.

  The 10-day ABC trekking was an amazing and joyful experience. It was a godsend to have a truthful, knowledgeable, and professional guide from Trekking Planner, who made the trek enjoyable. He paced the trek according to our physical ability, allowing us to complete it without pressure. A special thanks to our respectful guide, Mr. Dibash Lamichhane, and last but not least, the persistent and lovely porters, Mr. Milan and Mr. Robin.   I recently completed the trek to Annapurna Base Camp (ABC), and I can confidently say that the entire experience was made unforgettable thanks to our amazing guide, [Anish Phuyal]. From the very beginning, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive.He took care of every detail—from organizing accommodation and meals to ensuring our safety on every step of the trail.
