Agreeably one of the most celebrated treks among the foreign as well as domestic visitors in Nepal, the classical Annapurna Base Camp Trek Camp via exquisite Machhapuchhre Base Camp tread on the heels of the trail that proceeds through picturesque and tranquil landscapes. The magnificent trail continues across foothills of majestic Annapurna Massif to the enchanted Annapurna Base. Our fascinating trek to ABC commences from Nayapul. We make our way across numerous small human settlements inhabited by the native communities. Eventually, we trek on the scenic trail that traverses Bamboo Village through deep gorges, rich bamboo, and rhododendron forest. En route, we’ll be witnessing delightful vistas comprising of the beautiful snow-capped peak. Finally, we then arrive at Machhapuchhre Base Camp. Ahead of us, the MBC reveal the sublime glimpses of the prominent Himalayan range; a visually striking panorama that sustains the ability to change the direction of hearts.

Annabel and I completed the Annapurna Base Camp trek with Sudip, and we couldn’t have asked for a better guide. From the very beginning, he made both of us feel safe, supported, and well prepared for each stage of the journey. Sudip has deep knowledge of the mountains, the weather, and the local culture. What we appreciated most was how attentive he was: he constantly checked on us, adjusted the pace when necessary, and made sure we were comfortable with the altitude and daily distances. He shared stories about the Himalayan villages, explained the traditions we encountered, and answered every question with patience and clarity. His calm attitude created a positive atmosphere throughout the trek. We always felt in good hands, and we completed the ABC trek with unforgettable memories thanks to him. If you’re planning to trek in Nepal, we truly recommend choosing Sudip. He doesn’t just guide you, he genuinely cares.

We did a 15-day Annapurna tour with Himalayan Trekking Path, guided by Ram and friendly porter Shambly, and our experience was truly outstanding from start to finish. While in Manang (at 3400 m), unexpected and unusually heavy snowfall forced us to either wait several days or turn back. As we couldn’t afford the delay, we opted to return. Ram handled the situation with remarkable calm and efficiency, organizing an alternative plan on short notice, including a partial return by Jeep — no small feat given that hundreds of trekkers were trying to do the same. Throughout the trip, Ram proved to be extremely reliable, positive, attentive, and incredibly supportive. His experience, local knowledge, and problem-solving skills made all the difference. Thanks to his flexibility, we enjoyed beautiful alternative hikes and cultural visits around Pokhara and the Kathmandu Valley, turning what could have been a disappointment into a truly memorable adventure. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide and organization. I will unquestionably choose Himalayan Trekking Path again for a next trek in Nepal — and I’m already looking forward to it!

We did the trek to Annapurna Base Camp in October with Himalayan agency Trekking Path and we could not be more grateful. From the first contact, his manager Ram showed great professionalism and kindness, answering all our questions and taking care of every detail to make sure everything went perfectly. During the trekking, our guide Shiva was exceptional. His deep knowledge of the environment and his closeness made every day safe, enriching and full of good times. I would definitely recommend this agency to anyone who wants to explore the wonders of the Himalayas with a trusted company. Thanks to Ram, Shiva and the entire Himalayan Trekking Path team!

I did this trip with my guide Sudip Neupane. I truly enjoyed Sudip’s company. He is an excellent guide and very caring person. He helped me all along the way to make my trekking the most comfortable as possible. I highly recommend Sudip Neupane and I will definitely do other trekking with him in the future.

6-day trek to the Annapurna base camp accompanied by Sudip Neupane. Wonderful experience for the ability of our guide to organize every stop, lunch dinner and overnight stay according to our pace leaving us the only thought of walking admiring the vigorous tropical forest first the majestic peaks then. It was a couple's trip, but Sudip's presence was always pleasant, never intrusive! We started planning the trek for 8 days and instead the luck that everything went well and thanks to the advice and the good organization of the descent in the evening of the sixth day we were already in Pokhara. There are two ways to do a job: good or bad! Trekking ..., Sudip Neopane work in the best way!

We were a group of 6 people trekking to the Annapura base camp and I can’t say anything other than one of the best experiences of my life. Great views daily, and with a very good organization at all levels by the company. Accommodation, meals and staff very, very well. Special mention, on the one hand, for Ram, the owner of the Enterprise and the Dream City Hotel where we stayed in Kathmandu. Very attentive, diligent and resolute. On the other, the great team that accompanied us to the ABC: our guide Krishna, and the goalkeepers Ashish, Shankar and Sujan. A very open, cheerful, attentive and hardworking group. We all ended up delighted. In addition, after achieving our goal at Annapurna Basecamp Trekk, we continued to the south of the country for a safari in Chitwan National Park, which was also managed by the company and was another pleasant experience. When we come back (that we will come back), I have no doubt that we will count on them again. Highly recommended.

We did an 8-day hike (5 up and 3 down) to Annapurna base camp. A path of medium difficulty with views that we will remember all our lives. We were a group of 6 people and at all times we felt very well accompanied by the 3 porters (Ashish, Shankar and Sujan) and the Krishna guide. Very good times playing poker with them in the afternoons and sharing cups and cups of Masala Tea. It has been a success to have chosen this Enterprise for trekking, all very well organized by Ramhari from his hotel in Kathmandu. In the future I would love to repeat another of the routes they offer because after this great experience we have been left wanting more :)

My dad and two brothers set out to complete the ABC trek in nine days—thanks to Ramhari's expert guidance and thorough knowledge of the area, we accomplished it without issue. From start to finish, our experience with Himalayan Trekking Path was exceptional. When we arrived in Kathmandu (fairly late at night), we were greeted warmly and taken via private car to Hotel Dream City, where we enjoyed a restful night. The next day, we were taken back again to the airport for our flight to Pokhara, and the day after we commenced the trek with Ramhari as our guide and Santos as our porter. Both were kind, patient, and professional, and they exceeded our expectations. Each day was carefully planned out, with a tea (Hot Lemon!) break in the morning, a longer break for lunch, and shorter breaks along the way, as necessary. Most days we arrived at our destination by 3:30-4:00pm, leaving us plenty of time to get settled into our rooms, have a snack/drink, and eat dinner before crashing for the night, without feeling rushed along the way. Ramhari had made reservations at each village—even securing us a room in ABC—and ensured that the entire experience went smoothly so that we could enjoy our time together in the Himalayas. When I come back to Nepal for another trek, I'll definitely be booking it with Himalayan Trekking Path. I highly recommend them!

It was a challenging yet enjoyable trekking adventure. The place was very scenic. Our guide Mr Sulip was very friendly and helpful. He was able to cater to our requests in a very short notice. The price charged was reasonable. I will recommend him to my friends who interested to visit ABC trek. Excellent service!

My wife and 3 young sons attempted the Annapurna Base Camp (ABC) Trek in January 2002; but it was waist deep in snow. So, when I proposed to my 3 grown son's to try it again 17 years later, they all rallied behind the idea. We contacted Ramhari and we were all extremely impressed by his professionalism, thoroughness and fair price in planning our trek. Ramhari was our guide and Santos was our porter. The entire trip was seamless and we were well taken care of. Ramhari's prices were competitive and fair... in fact the best we found! Ramhari is very well educated… trained as a teacher with a master’s degree in mathematics, so he is uniquely qualified to help travelers budget their trip and provided a very thorough breakdown of costs for the trek. He is humble, honest, trustworthy and caring. I recommend him without reservation and believe you will have an amazing experience if you choose Himalayan Trekking Path for your mountain adventure in Nepal! He paced our days in a thoughtful manner and when our loads got heavy, either he or Santos would take our backpacks to help move us up the mountain. Even after the trek, Ramhari returned to Kathmandu and managed to get some laundry I had left there and bussed it to me in Pokhara. That was truly above and beyond the call of duty. I could not have been more pleased with the services provided by Ramhari and Himalayan Trekking Path and highly recommend them! We are already planning future treks to Langtang and EBC. Happy trails!
