Day 01: Drive to Nayapul (42 km.1.30 hours driving by taxi) and trek to Tirkhedunga (1520 meter. 3 ½ hours walking) stay overnight at lodge.
Day 02: Trek to Ghorepani (2853 meter. 6/7 hours walking) stay overnight at lodge.
Day 03: Visit Poon Hill early in the morning (45 minutes to get at the top for the best sunrise view and mountains, trek Back to Ulleri and drive back to Pokhara by Public Jeep.

Day 01: Pokhara to Nayapul and trek to TikhedungaThe first day of the trip, we take about 3.5 hours. Day 02: Trek from Tikhedunga to GhorepaniThis day, we pass through green forests and different rhododendron plants. Most of the time would be spent between the trees and plants giving some chances of viewing rare plants and animals. Day 03: Trek from Ghorepani to Poon Hill to GhandrukThis is the main day of the journey as we go to the major destination. Early in the morning, we go to the Poon Hill viewpoint to view the sun rising through the Mountain making the Mountains magically golden giving an unbelievable view of landscapes. We take about an hour of walk from Ghorepani to Poon Hill viewpoint at the height of 3210m.The magical glances of Mount Annapurna, Mount Nilgiri, Mount Himchuli, Mount Lamjung, Mount Dhaulagiri, Mount Machhapuchre and many more. . Day 04: Trek from Ghandruk to Nayapul and Drive Back to PokharaThe last day of the tour is no less exciting than other days. At the morning, we get a close view of the Mountains from Ghandruk. We move down through green forests with chances of viewing some rare birds and flowers and reach to Nayapul.

5.00I recently completed the Ghorepani Poon Hill to Ghandruk trek, and it was an amazing experience. The sunrise from Poon Hill was absolutely breathtaking, with clear views of the Annapurna 1, South Annapurna,Himchuli,Fistail,Gandrba chuli, Annapurna 3,Nilgiri and Dhaulagiri ranges. The trekking company Mega Mount Trekking and Expedition pvt.ltd was very professional—our guide Narayan Makaju was knowledgeable, friendly, and ensured our safety at all times. Everything was well organized, from permits to accommodation. The teahouses were comfortable, and the local food was delicious. The trail passes through beautiful rhododendron forests and charming villages like Ghandruk, which added cultural richness to the journey.

5.00Narayan was my Trekking Guide on the Mardi Himal trek. Narayan was a friendly, experienced and thoughtful guide. I felt safe with him and Narayan's knowledge of Nepali culture and history and how he communicated this was really useful. The Mardi Himal trek itself is a fabulous trek. Beautiful trails, not a car or motorbike in sight, beautiful forests and stunning mountain views. The choice and quality of food was great and the accommodation was good too. I would very much recommend Mega Mount Trekking and Expedition. Marc UK Traveller November 2025
