4.00Very friendly and knowledgeable tour guide. The driver was also friendly and drove well. If you cannot organise the trip by yourself this is worth it

5.00We were undecided whether to take this trip or not but we are so glad we did. Lake Annecy is so beautiful and the old town very picturesque too. It was good that we arrived early when the town was peaceful and quiet. It enabled Marina to guide us around and provide a good insight into the history of the area. We then had ample time to explore on our own and have lunch by the water. It started to get very busy towards lunchtime so in peak season it must be very busy especially with the narrow walkways on the old town. We really enjoyed the stunning scenery and would highly recommend Marina as a guide and this trip.

5.00Definitely worth a visit. Beautiful lake, stunning views of the Alps and great local food. Morning coffee at Olivier Pauriche Patisserie was fantastic, probably best in the town.

5.00The town of Annecy is very beautiful especially the old town with its shops and its little streets really very hull and very pretty. You can find the cities of the past with these beautiful old-fashioned shops.

5.00Annecy is a very beautiful town. The canals are clean and beautiful. We enjoyed our trip. Viator was very unhelpful when I booked the wrong day and I was made to pay twice when I cancelled and rebooked. That was very disappointing.

5.00Coach was easy to find at location. We had a tour guide called Gabriel and he was very knowledgeable and funny. There was a few steep paths and uneven floors so definitely need suitable shoes. They do not accept Swiss Franc there (seems silly to say as it’s in France but not something we thought of!) therefore all payments were card for us as we didn’t have any Euros with us. Would definitely recommend!
