No information given about which bus we were supposed to get on. Showed up about 5-10 minutes before 9am and there were at least 10 busses. We tried to ask and were directed to a long line. By the time we got to the front our bus had left. I’d also tried to message the tour operator twice while in line and got no response. I’d like my money back!

Very cool experience and beautiful little city the tour is not too long and lets you explore the city on your own it’s worth it as you don’t have to worry about transportations since it’s included

A beautiful place to visit and lovely weather too. The bus was comfortable; the guide was knowledgeable and very approachable, there was plenty of time to stroll around as well as an informative walk with guide telling us of Annecy history.

Brilliant trip. Great guide. Beautiful coach to travel in. Really enjoyed our morning. Couldn’t fault anything.
