  Antalya city day tour - Duden falls, boat ride We had such a wonderful day exploring Antalya on this tour. From the stunning Duden Falls to the fascinating stop at the jewellery store and the charming walk through the old town, everything was thoughtfully planned and ran so smoothly. The instructions were always clear, the pace was comfortable, and the whole atmosphere felt relaxed, friendly, and fun. A big shout-out to our guide, Ahmed, who truly made the day special. He was warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable — sharing so many interesting facts and stories that brought each place to life. He took great care of everyone and created a lovely vibe within the group. Would happily recommend this tour, and especially Ahmed, to anyone visiting Antalya!

  Never picked us up for tour. Phoned and through Viator asked what hotel and room number we were in, Gloria Golf Hotel. Said they would pick us up outside our hotel. Then said we should have been outside the sister hotel next door Gloria Serenity. Refused to refund our money.

  The trip was a bit chaotic due to various reasons meaning we had a late start and missed out on some tour elements. Even the picture of this tour is totally misleading as the cable car experience (the bit we were really looking forward too) is no longer working. The trip also involves hard selling at a jewellery factory (something we really didn't want or need). Our guide Ozzie was excellent and informative and tried to keep things on track but eating lunch at 3:30pm was way too late. Overal a disappointment.

  They did deliver what was promised, i.e. timely pickup, attending the promised landmarks like getting to the waterfalls, boat trip, Antalya old town, lunch etc. However, they also delivered smth that was never mentioned - being forced into a 'luxury' leather and fur shop on the way and being pushed and left in a fake brand shop in Antalya. In all the fairness, the last shop was near the promised Antalya Old Town, so if you're assertive enough to run away from pushy sales people, you do get a chance to spend your own time sightseeing there. Some people on our trip, sadly, were now. If it wasn't for that waste of time on the abusive and bullying 'shopping' experience, everything else would be fine. Seriously, why don't you separate the true sightseeing trips from those focused on shopping? I'm sure there's plenty of people who wouldn't want to mix the two.

  We had an incredible experience on the Antalya city tour! The tour began with one of the most beautiful sights in Antalya — Düden Waterfalls. The powerful cascade, lush greenery, and cool mist created a refreshing and peaceful atmosphere. It was the perfect start to the day and a great spot for amazing photos.   This trip did not happen. We’re not told the cable car was not operating when we booked. Didn’t like being made to visit a silver shop. No time given to explore Antalya as we were meant to believe.
