Once you have confirmed your booking with Eagle Transfers and Tours, the hard part is done, and you can start looking forward to your Antigua vacation. Please print or have on your mobile device confirmation/ticket on arrival to provide to the representative so that he/she may assist. Flight Tracking: We track the flight for all its arriving guests booked with Eagle Transfers and Tours. If your flight is delayed, don't worry, we will not leave. On arrival at the V. C. Bird International Airport in Antigua, after clearing Customs/Immigration, collect your luggage at the baggage claim and then locate our representative waiting for you outside the baggage claim/customs area to greet you. Please look for a sign with the Eagle Transfers and Tours logo (Navy Blue and Yellow in colour) and/or your name. If you do not spot the representative outside the baggage claim/customs area, continue to proceed outside to the curb through door 5 or 6, cross the Pedestrian Crossing to the tour desk area. Once in the tour desk area, make a right and look for Eagle Transfers and Tours logo (Navy Blue and Yellow in colour). It is at the far right end. Once you're checked in and board your private transfer, it is about 30-40 minute drive to the Royalton Antigua Resort For Departure, once the traveler's email address is provided after booking, a pickup notification will be emailed at least 24 hours prior to the day of guest departure. If the pickup notification is not received, please contact us by direct email and/or via the Viator portal to confirm your/guest pickup time. Please note that airport regulations require that all passengers check-in at least 2 hours prior to the flight departure.

5.00Hands down the best transfer company we have used in many many years of travel. On this trip, we were traveling with my two brothers and their wives. We had been before many years ago but it was the first time for my brothers. I wanted this trip to be special so I asked if they could arrange for a few extras for our arrival including cold beer and 6 Antigua baseball caps. We came in late after long travel delays and they were there with everything I requested. (I should add that I worked with Amey via email and text. Her messages were professional, positive, and genuine. I taught business communication in a top ranked business school for many years and comment that, if I were still teaching, I would use her notes as perfect examples of competence and warmth.) The cars were excellent and the drivers, Olsen and Kareem, were lively and informative. We had great conversations about lots of things including family, Antiguan life, and culture. Our return ride was perfectly on time. They got us to the airport with plenty of time to navigate the crazy airport. If you are going to Antigua, contact Eagle Transfer and Tours. You will not be disappointed!

Disappointed; yet grateful for Eagle Transfer & Tours

2.00A Viator rep, by phone, provided our group transportation from the Antigua airport to our resort and sent me a booking link to finalize, which I did. Upon receipt of the confirmation email, I discovered our booking was to the wrong resort. I spent over an hour trying to resolve this issue with multiple Viator reps. I was told not to worry that they would correct the issue with the actual transportation company, Eagle Transfers & Tours. However, upon arrival in Antigua, the issue was unresolved between Viator and Eagle. Eagle Transfers & Tours was amazing to work with and I’m so grateful that they helped in making sure our transportation was enjoyable and smooth. I recommend using Eagle direct. Viator has still not contacted me to resolve the booking conflict.
