This is the best activity you can do in the afternoon in Antigua. This tour will take you to 3 mountain tops with incredible views of the city, valley, and volcanoes near and around Antigua. Our first stop is ¨El Cerro de la Cruz ¨ Antigua’s famous lookout point known as ¨The Cross¨. After getting a close-up aerial view of the colonial city, we hop back on the vehicles and head up the El Hato Mountain towards our Second stop. We arrive at our parking lot in El Hato where we hop into our 4*4 pick-up truck which takes us to the ¨HOBBITENANGO¨.
This is a lord of the rings themed Eco-Park where we catch the Sunset and are able to enjoy some food, drinks, and games. Here we will go up the hill and sightsee, enjoy great views and various activities in this enchanted little forest. Once, finished we will head back down the mountain where if you are hungry we can grab some food and drinks at a Guatemalan restaurant located on the side of the mountain called El Tambor.

5.00Had an amazing time on this ATV sunset tour in Antigua! The views were beautiful, the ride was fun, and everything was well organized. Our guide was amazing, very knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole experience even better. He made us feel safe and shared great information along the way. Definitely one of the highlights of my trip ,highly recommend

5.00Super fun and unique experience. Our guide Roa was awesome and professional. He took photos throughout the tour and shared them with us at the end. It was foggy the day of our tour so he also gave our group the option to stay at Hobbitonago or go somewhere else for some dinner.
Great experience!! Recommend to ALL!

5.00Such a fun trip! I highly recommend. Tourguide was very friendly and patient with us, as a solo traveller I felt safe using the ATV on the road. Hobbitenango was a highlight, especially going on the famous swing.

5.00Stuart was an incredible guide—super helpful, knowledgeable, and passionate about Antigua. He shared insight about the town. He was very careful and patient with all the riders, making everyone feel comfortable and safe throughout the tour. The tour itself was absolutely worth it, and the photo opportunities he guided us to were unique and memorable. I highly recommend Simoon for any tour—you’ll be in great hands!

1.00Don't do it. We've been on ATV tours in Cabo and this is NOT the experience you may be expecting. We figured we may have actually been on the ATV's for 1 hour of the 4 hour tour. "Through the hills surrounding Antiqua..." simply means that you drive out of the city and up to a point on the hillside that overlooks the city for a panoramic view. Nice view. And you are there for 20-30 min. Then up the ROAD to a point where you ride a truck for 15-20 minutes up to Hobbitenango. Cool place, but get there ANOTHER WAY for LESS $. They leave you there for 1 1/2 - 2 hours and then you repeat: down the hillside in a truck, then follow the road back into town. DON'T EXPECT an ATV tour around the hills that circle the city, or any off roading to see trails and scenes off the main road.

5.00A very pleasant experience I couldn’t play better guide even though I was going alone I felt very involved thanks to our stupid guide for always watching that we were all having a good time.

5.00Fredy was so kind and helpful and took photos for me during the ride. The tour was absolutely beautiful and I would absolutely recommend to anyone interested. Definitely something you must do when visiting Antigua!!
