We begin our journey heading south toward the stunning coast of Vlora. Along the way, we stop for a delicious local treat—traditional Albanian byrek . It’s the perfect roadside snack to fuel the adventure ahead.
Our first stop is the breathtaking Narta Lagoon, a peaceful paradise where you can spot flamingos and admire the tranquil landscape. We’ll then cross a wooden bridge to visit Zvernec Monastery, a centuries-old Orthodox site nestled on a small island surrounded by pine trees.
The journey continues to the ancient city of Apollonia, dating back 6th century BC. Explore temples, theatres, and the beautifully preserved monastery-turned-museum, all set against a backdrop of rolling hills and olive groves.

5.00Excellent tour, the trip started with a small stop to enjoy a rich coffee and a local specialty. The visit to the monastery has exceptional views and a very interesting church. Apollonia was a pleasant and enriching experience. The guide phenomenal, very attentive and attentive at all times, even support me with my photos. Highly recommended and especially a new and comfortable car.

5.00We had a really enjoyable day. Everything was well-paced and easy, and the experience felt worthwhile without being overwhelming. It was a nice way to spend the day, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for something relaxed but meaningful.
